Home was very clean. Host was great communicator. We ran out of some essentials and the host made sure we got replacements quickly. The cooking pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and knives are sparse, so if you have specific desires or needs, be sure to bring them with you. In the movie theatre, the only sound we could get to work was the little speaker on the projector, so be aware if that is a major issue for you.Had a pleasant stay and would go back if we were in the area again.

Property was great. We were in for a game and it fit all of our needs. It was clean. The little game/media room was a nice area to break the group up. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Host was quick to respond when needed.

Things we liked: Dining room provided a lot of seating. The bedroom setups were nice. Third floor was a great layout minus the lack of window coverings.Things that could use improving: Kitchen was not ideal - it was not stocked with enough items for a house that sleeps so many. The family room furniture was on the cheaper side therefore quite uncomfortable. Could use more bath towels. It didn't matter because of our weather but the outside yard is not desirable although the owner somewhat attempted. All in all - we made it work. I strongly feel that when one pays to stay at a house versus a hotel - they are there to use the kitchen and hang out at the house etc. It made it hard when there was so much lacking.

Upon arrival we immediately discovered the house was dirty, garbage in all the garbage cans , beds made with used , slept in sheets, that were made to look fresh. The carpets were not vaccumed and the vacuum was clogged up, my husband unclogged the hose and after we vacuumed so the children could crawl on floors , it was apparent that they had not been vaccines in awhile. On a good note, I immediately reported to our host and she apologized and call for cleaning service to come clean roughly around 8 pm and we were told that they would be there within the hour almost 11 they finally came. My whole family could not shower or go to bed after traveling 13 hours that day. At 3:30 am the cleaning lady was done with all she could do.
