At the same time, I’m truly sorry the twin and king mattresses weren’t comfortable for you and your daughter. That’s not the experience we want guests to have, and your feedback is incredibly helpful. We’ll be checking those mattresses and ensuring toppers are in place so future guests don’t run into the same issue. It means a lot that, even with that inconvenience, you’d definitely stay again.
