Rates rising, amenities declining

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was more beautiful than I've ever seen it,and the location of the condo is perfect, right on the beach. However, there was a noticeable decline in the things normally provided: there was no soap for the bathrooms, neither liquid nor bars. There were no hairdryers in either of 2 units we rented. There was no icemaker nor ice trays in one of the units.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were beautiful. We have stayed at other similar condos before, but what stood out to me was how friendly, responsive and professional all of the staff were - it is sad to say that is a rare thing these days...but I give them 5 stars for being so lovely!

Family oriented, great beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Gulf Stream annually since the '80s. We love it because it is family-oriented and has a very responsive staff. It is starting to show its age but overall everything works or the staff fixes it if it doesn't.
