Questo condominio dispone di 2 camere e 2 bagni, una cucina completa, zona pranzo, zona soggiorno e di un balcone con vista splendida. Ottimi ristoranti, pesca, e negozi sono molto vicini. Questa è una struttura molto familiare. Ci sono molti servizi sulla proprietà.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size in esso insieme a un grande televisore a schermo piatto e un bagno padronale attaccato con una sola doccia.

La camera da letto 2 ha due letti di dimensioni complete con un televisore a schermo piatto e un bagno annesso con vasca e doccia combinate.

Il soggiorno doe radersi un divano letto. L'intera unità è ALL TILE. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. Il molo è a pochi minuti con ottimi ristoranti e negozi!

Questa unità è in una posizione ideale al 6 ° piano a Phoenix East. Ha una grande vista della spiaggia di tenere d'occhio la famiglia e gli amici. Non c'è niente di meglio che essere sulla spiaggia! Location, Location, Location !!!

Griglia a carbone e gazebo all'aperto sul golfo che copre un tavolo con posti a sedere, grande piscina interna riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio interne, sauna, centro fitness al coperto, campi da tennis all'aperto con illuminazione notturna, e una grande hall con più tavoli, sedie, aree salotto , televisione, zona caffè e tutti con vista frontale sul Golfo!

Beautiful view

Loved our stay. The property was just as expected. Comfortable beds and all we needed for few days at the beach. Best thing was coffee on the balcony in the am looking at that beautiful beach view.

Great place to stay, watch out for hidden fees

Expect to have to pay service fees, convenience fees, processing fees, and parking along with your “fantastic rate” The condo is super nice. We had a lovely stay.

Orange beach

Property was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Had all the equipment needed to prepare meals. Washer and dryer were excellent. Staff and clientele were all very friendly and accommodating.

Nice, Clean, good area.

Shower/bathroom needs updating especially fixtures. Very difficult to get hot water to turn on, same in the kitchen. Other than that a nice clean place to stay.

FAMILY VACATION

EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE. THE ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK AND I REPORTED THIS TO THE OFFICE. IT NEVER WAS ADDRESSED AND WE HAD TO PURCHASE ICE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE FOR DRINKS. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GOOD FAMILY VACATION

Girls Trip

My Mom, Aunt, Daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The furniture is outdated but comfortable. The shower leaked and wouldn't turn completely off. The windows and doors were dirty,. The part of the beach we were on was close to construction and they ran machinery with bright lights late at night. We had to walk down the beach to get away from it. It would have been more affordable without all the fees, Cleaning fees, parking pass etc. This resulted in a charge that was more than the room stay. But the beds were comfortable and we made the best out of our stay.

Recent stay October 2022

We found the check-in process to be fairly seamless as everything including the door code was electronic. You do have to purchase a parking pass at the resort in person. The resort front desk will have no connection to your unit and can’t answer any questions. They were basically just there to sell parking passes. The property itself is located in a fantastic area of Orange Beach. We were there in early fall 9/29-10/6 so weather was cooler in the evenings. Loved the balcony but hard to hear the ocean because of a fountain at the pool. Pros: -Location -Easy access to pool and beach -The pool was nice but not heated so cold! -Kitchen was mostly updated and had a decent amount of utensils, etc. -Layout and space of condo Cons: -Living Room and bedrooms were dated and not clean. I know there is a struggle to find service staff but clearly no one is checking up. We went out and bought a swifter because our feet were black from the dirty tile in the condo. I have a picture of one pad after first use. (Disgusting) -The couch and furniture appear possibly dated in the photo but in person they are in need of a serious upgrade. We felt uncomfortable relaxing in the evening. Cushions deflated when you sat down. -The mattresses were probably some of the worst I have ever slept on. I would say they are probably better at a Motel 6. I think you can deal with a bad mattress if you can at least sit on a comfortable couch but since we couldn’t sit anywhere comfortably that was disappointing. This condo would probably work well for someone who doesn’t plan on being in the room very much. *I really think some furniture upgrades and new shower heads would greatly improve this condo enough that I would consider returning. -The building itself is dated. Exercise room had older machines and no dumbbells. The building has 3 elevators and while we were there guests got stuck in them multiple times. The front desk was unable to do anything about it so you could tell it probably happens all the time. The elevator was stuck on our floor with people inside and we had to tell them to hold down on the door open and close button for it to take off again. I knew this because of another story from a guest who had gotten stuck on it earlier in the day. The first day two elevator were working. By the third day only one. I suggest booking a more upgraded property. It’s worth some extra $ to feel comfortable on vacation.

Unclean place!!!

The place was not very Clean. It was dusty over the light fixtures and over the fan including the baseboards. Bread crumbs and food pieces were swept under the furniture. I’m sorry but the cleaning was really what got me. The location of the place was nice right on the beach close to the highway. But I don’t think I will stay there next time.

Great time

Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is the $55 parking fee, and there is no covered parking. That is not something the condo owner can help but it was ridiculous.

Weather was beautiful

We love orange beach. We have been many times. Condo was clean but had some things that needed repairs. The ice maker needs fixing. The arm doesn’t work so we had to dump ice every night so it doesn’t over flow. Living room wall had a hole where someone had what like flopped back In recliner and hit it. Beds were noisy and would wake us when we moved. But the 6 th floor location was great. Love watching the boats and the beach. Would stay again. The Crane Family
