Easy access to downtown Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and the Beach. Pet and kid-friendly. It is a perfect spot for family gatherings, special occasions, or relaxing time away!



Summer Landing was designed and built just for these types of getaways. The owners wanted a place to visit where they grew up and bring multiple families under one roof. You have open social spaces, large bedrooms, a cozy den with a built-in desk for work, and a large front and back yard, a side deck, and a farmer's porch to hang out and enjoy the Maine atmosphere.



This listing has been a short-term rental for the last three years, managed by its owners with an average of 5-star rating. Now managed by Coastline Vacation Rentals, guests get even more dedicated service to create the best trip possible.

Bedroom #1 (first floor): Queen bed

Bedroom #2 (first floor): King Bed

Bedroom #3 (second floor): King Bed with full bath ensuite

Bedroom #4 (second floor): Bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin on top. Twin-size Trundle bed

Kennebunk Charm

Our stay in Maine was wonderful, thanks to our property manager, Paige, and the home in which we stayed. The house was as advertised, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to a lot of places that we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home, Great location!

The four-bedroom, three-bath home was absolutely perfect for us. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal—close to Kennebunkport and all the area has to offer, yet just outside the busy tourist zone, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, but the home was also incredibly well equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home—and then some! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting the Kennebunkport area.

Clean, cozy and cool

The house was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and the place was very clean. Beds were comfy and the home was spacious enough for 4 adults and a a baby. It easily could accommodate 6 adults and 3+ kiddos. Location was nice and a quick drive to the beaches and shops. The central AC was nice with the humidity during the day. I’d suggest bringing a throw blanket or two for your stay if you aren’t used to central AC. We were occasionally chilly!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kennebunkport house in Maine. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and located near attractions! The host responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return again!

Fantastic home! Very comfortable and clean. The pictures do it justice except the couch in the downstairs bedroom is now a bed and the couch in the living room is better than that shown. Highly recommend and would happily stay again. The management company is top notch and honestly the best interaction we have ever had. Kind. Caring. Informative and attentive.

Extremely Clean and well-situated home

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway with family to celebrate the first weekend of Kennebunk's Christmas Prelude. It was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect Getaway for an active family!

Summer Landing was by far our favorite stay away from home. Convenient location, VERY clean, and we never felt like we were wanting for more space. Quiet neighborhood local to shops and restaurants and safe area for walks; so much space for kids to play. Will absolutely stay again and likely build future trips around staying at the house. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Schooner Dr. The house is private on a quiet street but only minutes from the beach and town. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The house was clean, bright and comfortable. We will be back!

Great Family Getaway Close to the Beach

We stayed at Summer Landing for just over a week and enjoyed every minute. The house was clean, well laid out, and slept us and our two kids perfectly. The living room was great for hosting friends and there is plenty of outdoor space for our kids to run around. It was a short drive to the beach and the house included a parking pass. It was walking distance from a great lunch spot and a short drive to Kennebunkport and all the nice restaurants.

Beautiful Home

I had an excellent stay at Summer Landing to close out the summer. The home was beautifully clean and perfect for my family. The location cannot be beat, with easy access to Dock Square, downtown Kennebunk and the local beaches. We enjoyed local restaurants and shopping. The communication was clear and responsive. My family will certainly stay again!

Second Stay

This was my second booking at Summer Landing! This space works so well for every family member to have their own relaxing area. We enjoyed lots of the local eats and shopping. Bandaloop and 50 Local were great. We went to the beach multiple times and enjoyed coming back for relaxing evenings at the house. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Summer Landing

The Summer Landing house in Kennebunk was perfect for our family of eight. The pantry was well stocked with plenty of zip lock bags, keurig k cups, coffee filters, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and other cooking essentials. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was good for going to local beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Overall it was a positive experience.

Summer Landing provided a perfect location for my wife and I to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary with our dog Cooper.

The house was located far enough from the main road and spaced away from neighbors to offer privacy. Quiet and peaceful. The home was immaculate. Lots of light coming through the windows. Furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The location was perfect for us. We found a bridal path off of Sea Road that we walked our dog every morning. Low tide at Colony Beach was beautiful. A FANTASTIC lobster roll at The Landing Store. Close to many, many shops. It was a wonderful week and we look forward to returning. Coastline Vacation Rentals, the property management company, was both accommodating and easy to work with.

Nothing to do but enjoy our stay

Coastline did a great job prepping for our stay. We walked into the house and everything was ready to go. Beds made, towels in the bathroom, coffee for the first morning and off we went. We were three generations plus two dogs and all enjoyed the house and yard. The kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice to have the den and family room for different activities at the same time. It is located on a very quiet street but a quick drive to downtown and the beach. There were beach toys and beach towels along with a parking pass which made it very easy for everyone to go. I most appreciated how clean everything was. I have asthma but I didn't have any issues which meant a lot to me since I felt comfortable. We had a great time and loved the house for all those treasured memories.

Great stay for our two families and pup. Everyone had enough space and the house felt very clean and comfortable. Quick drive to beaches and downtown, and was so great to have a beach pass. Great communication as well. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.
