Thank you for the feedback, Tim. We are always looking for ways to enhance the safety and comfort of our guests' experience. Our caretaker has addressed what you observed as mold, and the AC units have been recently cleaned. The two mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms are: 1) Queen Posturepedic Plus and 2) Queen Simmons Plush. While bedding is often a matter of personal preference, we intentionally purchased highly rated mattresses with moderate firmness in order to satisfy the majority of guests. Thanks for your review of our cottage. We're glad you had a nice stay. Adding operating instructions for the TVs to our hospitality guide is a great idea. We clean and replace the rugs regularly, but it is hard to keep them clean with all the foot traffic. Several sets of extra linens are always stocked, but we will do a better job of communicating their location. We really appreciate the constructive feedback!
