We stayed on the property for a week with five people and a dog. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the utensils and supplies that we needed and a clean grill in the backyard. The location is also very nice and in close distance to all the main places we visited. Emily was a friendly host and responded promptly.

Very comfortable and quiet location perfect for two couples. Bikes were not rideable upon arrival, but was able to get them running with tools that were available. Owners were very responsive to any issues. Would stay there again.

A charming Sarasota retreat

Conveniently located near downtown in a quiet neighborhood, this house has all the necessary amenities and is extremely clean and bright, The Legacy Trail nearby is an interesting asset for biking and exercise. Theowner was very helpful throughout the rental process.

This place is remodeled to a tee. Everything that anyone may need is thought of. Emily is a charm and it shows the effort she has put in to making this a home away from home. Thanks Emily !

Quality stay in a great location

Emily was the most attentive host. The house is incredibly well maintained and clean. Fixtures and appliances are the same quality we have at home so we never felt that we were settling for less to be close to the beach and shopping. House has all the comforts of home and then some. Very enjoyable and if we didn’t just buy a house nearby I’d be staying again!

We went to Sarasota for spring training and this home was the perfect location! Although it was just two of us in the home, there was room for at least four more. The bedrooms were nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. My favorite room was the family room where we were able to relax and watch TV with our feet up. Although we didn’t take advantage of the backyard, the enclosed patio is a nice touch. I was so grateful for the use of beach chairs and beach towels because we spent many days at the beach. The home is centrally located, and it doesn’t take long to get to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Saint Armands, and Longboat Key. Thank you, Emily, for the easy access to the home and your quick response to any questions I had.

Perfect location, perfect home!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Sarasota! The house was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like a variety of spices and plenty of coffee. The backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we loved relaxing on the screened-in porch. The grill was a great bonus for cooking outdoors. The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown, where we enjoyed fantastic restaurants and live music. Emily was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. This home was perfect for me and my family, and we will definitely be back!

Loved this place!! We rented for a month to explore Sarasota and the area. The house is comfortable, well appointed and has a living area that is spacious and light filled. The outdoor area is well furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms are nice sized and beds are cozy. The master bath is large and updated. The kitchen made it easy for us to cook and eat in most nights. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get downtown, quick access to the Legacy Trail and walking distance to pickleball courts. Easy drive to numerous beaches and parks. There is so much to do in the area with vibrant arts scene and many good restaurants. Owner is very responsive with any questions. Not much we would change! Only minor point is that the bikes could use a bit of maintenance but that’s it. We will definitely come back!

We spent a week in Sarasota and were looking for a comfortable home for our family of four—close to downtown, St. Armands Circle, and the beaches.The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. It had a bright, open living area with a screened-in deck that was especially relaxing. Everything was well-labeled, from light switches to remote controls, which made settling in effortless. All the appliances were modern and worked flawlessly.When we arrived, we noticed a small issue with the thermostat. We reached out to the host, who responded within minutes and was kind, helpful, and quick to resolve the concern. We had no other issues during our stay.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—no noise problems at all. With three bedrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom in particular looked recently renovated and was very nicely done.Overall, the home exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Sarasota.
