Set directly on the beach, this condo offers stunning ocean views and effortless access to the shoreline.

Spacious Layout:
Accommodates up to 8 guests with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and flexible sleeping options.

Modern Conveniences:
The kitchen includes a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool stove/oven, GE dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. A Maytag stackable washer and dryer are also available for use.

Entertainment Ready:
Enjoy DirectTV and Roku streaming on smart TVs located in the living room and master bedroom.

Comfort-Focused:
Each bedroom is equipped with quality linens, extra pillows, and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. Both the Master and Guest Room 1 feature private bathrooms for added privacy.

Parking:
Two dedicated parking spots are included, with parking passes provided for your convenience.

IMPORTANT: No motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are allowed to park at this Condominium.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional waiver damage is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service**

Two parking passes will be left in the Condo for Guests.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.
