My only advice would be for stays longer than three nights, buy the 7 day parking permit for $5 and to get Zaffiro’s pizza. Place was great.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Only note is the listing says there is free street parking during the day, but all the street parking I saw was 2 hr parking, so you can't leave your car in one spot the whole day. Bed is comfortable. Great view off the balcony.

Property is well located, clean and well supplied w/ a view of the lake and downtown. Unit itself is small (size of a hotel room, but the Murphy bed helps and it had everything we needed. Good communication with the host. Will be our first check when we come to visit family there.

Have stayed there a couple times and will again. In short, if you are looking for a place to lay your head and don’t need to entertain more than one or two people, it’s a great option. Specifically…- Good location and view isn’t bad but I couldn’t get the patio door to open this last time. - Unit is the size of a large hotel room, clean and well kept with provided Keurig w/pods. All the appliances work great and plenty of hot water and water pressure in a big shower.- Food and drink options in the atea are straightforward and plentiful but if you’re looking for nicer dining, you’ll need to travel.- On street parking on that block is hard to come by so be prepared to walk a block or two and you need to apply with the city to park on the street overnight.

This property was exactly what we needed for our trip to Milwaukee. The location was perfect for everything on our itinerary, and the host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Parking was also easy—we were always able to find a spot close to the building.The only drawback was that we did not have a fob, so we were unable to access the fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, or the outdoor deck with grills.Overall, we were very happy with the property and the host, and we would definitely choose this place again for a future visit.
