Overall the property was awesome and clean plus the wrap around balcony was great. Kitchen stocked nicely. The only recommendation would be for the well worn carpet should be replaced. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is described well and as expected. Challenges with communication re: property, but could have been security settings in my email. Eventually, we got connected with someone and was able to access the property. Nice, large property that is great for families. Recommended.

Lovely corner unit

The layout of the unit was fabulous for our group. Each adult had a bedroom and the kids shared the twin room. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. Fantastic views of the ocean.

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals in-unit. A few nice extras like some games and beach toys were helpful too. The outside furniture was also fantastic - very comfortable regular and lounge chairs.The only thing to note is that while it definitely is an oceanfront condo, it's more of a corner with beach views plus more of the land. The balcony wraps around and most of it is on the side that overlooks the pier and Apache Campground. I've stayed in Margate several times but never in an "01" unit and I thought it was more facing the beach looking north but it is in fact on the side facing south towards Myrtle Beach. That said, while there's a little more noise from the campground on weekends, it's really not too bad. In fact, I ended up liking being able to watch the action in the park and pier. Plus, looking north you could see the lights of Myrtle Beach, including both Ferris wheels. The other benefit of this side of the unit was absolutely beautiful sunsets. So while at first I was a little disappointed that it wasn't the view I expected, I ended up really liking the location.I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OUR FAMILY HAD A RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE VACATION DURINGOUR KINGSTON PALNTATION STAY. THE RENTAL WAS EXTRAVAGANT AND ALL STAFF AND RENTAL AGENCY PERSONAL WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY SUCESSFUL. THE ENTIRE AREA INCLUDING POOLS, BEACH ACCESS, LOCATION, WALKING AREAS, PICKLE BALL , ETC. WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND VERY ENJOYABLE.OUR FAMILY ALSO APPRECIATED THE EASY ACCESS TO OUTSIDE THE RESORT REASTERAUNTS, SHOPPING, AND ENTERTAINMENT. LOOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING SOON AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AS A VERY GOOD VACATION DESTINATION.

Amazing Vacation in North Myrtle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect location. We were in town for the Ripken Experience and it was a quick 15-20 min from the fields. The kids loved the easy access to all the pools/water parks and ocean. Having the pier and the Brewery so close was ideal for the adults. The condo was clean and inviting - would come back a million times!! Any questions I had were answered immediately and the management company was extremely friendly to work with. This is a MUST BOOK.
