Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The air-conditioned game room is the heart of the house, with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life-size games to keep kids and adults entertained long after a day at the parks. A theme room adds a playful touch for younger guests. Throughout the home you’ll find a 65" HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Roku, plus standard cable - ideal for winding down after a busy day.

Sleeping arrangements
Two ensuite master bedrooms each offer a king bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is set up for kids with two twin beds, themed decor, and a Smart TV. Two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms offer additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating the full 10-guest capacity across the home’s 7 beds.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you’ll need. Start the morning with drip coffee or a Keurig, and fire up the gas BBQ grill for an evening cookout on the covered patio. A dining table seats the group indoors, or spread out by the pool for a poolside meal.

Bathroom
Three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and hot water, so everyone can get ready without the wait.

Outdoor space & pool
Step outside to your own screened, private outdoor pool and spa, open 24 hours and available all year (heating available for an additional fee). Sun loungers and outdoor furniture surround the pool, with an outdoor dining area for meals in the fresh air. The private backyard offers extra room to relax, and a private entrance keeps arrivals simple.

Family-friendly touches
This home comes equipped for the youngest guests too, with a crib, Pack ‘n Play, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, board games, and books and toys for every age group from 0 to 10+.

Tucked in the Orlando area, the home offers free resort access to a shared gym nearby, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, plus lake access and a walking path for a quieter moment away from the parks. Free driveway parking (4 spaces) and free street parking are both available.

Well-behaved pets are welcome (assistance animals always allowed). The home offers self check-in with a smart lock, a dedicated workspace with a door, wifi, and housekeeping available at an extra cost. Breakfast is provided, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated. As a single-level home with no stairs, it suits guests of all ages and mobility levels.
