Property was in a great location to visit Boston and surrounding areas! Comfortable rooms and living space. Only down-side was minimal supplies such as spices, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry.

This is a fantastic host and beautiful spacious home. The space is modern and clean with conveniences to make our stay more comfortable, including appliances and supplies. There were thoughtful whimsical little details like toilet paper ghost and jack-o’-lanterns that we really love, especially our kids. The shower was amazing and the bathroom is like a spa. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the smart home features. Parking was easy and close to the expressways. Thank you so much to an awesome host!Side note: They really came through for us. Our previous rental double booked and they canceled us while we were touring Boston, Vrbo found us this place within an hour and we couldn’t have been happier.

An older home with excellent upgrading. Very clean and communication with the owner was fast and efficient. We had a tween, a teen and two adults in our party and we had adequate space making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again!

This VRBO was perfect for our son's graduation weekend. It has three large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, an enormous shower/bathroom, a large dining space, a comfortable living space, and a large well stocked kitchen. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and very friendly. We had one mechanical hiccup while we were there, and the hosts fixed it right away. Parking is readily available directly in front of the VRBO. There also are nearby grocery and sundry stores. We were very happy to stay here and would stay here again if ever in the Boston/Medford area.

Visiting my girl at college

The property was gorgeous. Love the kitchen. Maybe add a mirror in the bedrooms. Easy access in and out. We had a lovely stay.

Nice upgrades in need of a few improvements

Very beautiful apartment and nicely update amenities. Only downsides were kitchen not stocked like other BNBs I have stayed at, toilet height was way too short and microwave was under the counter (typically they are mounted or at least within standing reach). Besides these items, we had a comfortable stay.

Great location, immaculately clean, high end appt

Traveled to Boston for a week vacation with 2 toddlers and my parents. Slept us all very comfortably. Pack-and-play was provided and we used 1 air mattress we brought along for our 3yr old. Plenty of pillows and bedding. Beds were firm but comfortable. Everything was spotless. The appt appears to have been recently flipped, and I would say we were one of, if not the first, renters in the space. Everything in the appt was high end. Location was very convenient with available on-street free parking. Close to stores to pickup anything you need. Great park nearby for the kids (Boston has AMAZING kids parks all over the place). Being right on a major road, it was easy to get out and go and drive into Boston; surprisingly, the road noise was not noticable (very solid walls). We did not use the outside space in the back of the house, although it was provided and also looked like a great place to relax. Host was great to communicate with, and they also live on the 3rd floor. Appts are all hardwood floors, so noise does travel between floors (this was an issue with our two toddlers and one of the renters while we were there). We ran into some issues with the inner security door to the upstairs appts, and twice had to have the owner come down to let us in, so it was good having them onsite. Only other slightly negative was the kitchen was very sparsely stocked w/ regular cooking / foodstuffs. Maybe this will improve over time as more people rent and use the kitchen.

Beautiful stay in a very clean home, everything we needed to cook and have meals.. host is excellent gets back to you within minutes and the place was very easy to find. We will definitely book again if we ever come back this way.
