From the screened in porch is a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. A tropical oasis offers a fantastic 16 ft x 12 ft pool with spa. There is a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax and the spa offers additional water fun amid palm trees galore. Plenty of seating, sun loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. The full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. You can also access the pool via the bonus room on the ground level which offers games and a TV if you don't want to miss out on your favorite show or movie.Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.Splash of Lime is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
