Questa accogliente unità è decorata in modo unico con decorazioni da spiaggia. La cucina è aggiornata in elettrodomestici inossidabile ed è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Una piccola famiglia o coppia si adatta perfettamente a questa unità. Goditi il tuo caffè su questo balcone al secondo piano che si affaccia su un oais tropicale, campi da tennis e la laguna. Il secondo balcone che si trova al largo della camera da letto si affaccia sulla laguna, sulla zona barbecue e sul varo della barca.
I tuoi bambini adoreranno questa unità. Godranno di uno schermo piatto da 32 pollici con tv via cavo e un lettore dvd nel soggiorno, e anche uno schermo piatto da 19 pollici con film tra cui scegliere nella camera da letto. Alla tua famiglia piacerà giocare a WII con le scelte di WII Active, Sports e WII Play.
Il complesso di sette piani che comprende anche una vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi è un bel posto dove trascorrere le vacanze. GulfShores ha molte attività da praticare in spiaggia: parapendio, canottaggio, pesca e nuoto per citarne alcune. I negozi di souvenir e beachy sono molto popolari nelle Costa del Golfo. Molti ristoranti si trovano anche lungo le spiagge di sabbia bianca. Il complesso si trova a pochi chilometri dalla famosa Flora Bama, da Lulus (ristorante della sorella Jimmy Buffets), da Waterville e dal centro outlet.

Location is great, only no ocean view from Condo, but short walks to beach and lagoon. The kitchen faucet needs attention and the bathroom tub drain needs attention. The bed was good, just needs pillows replaced. I would recommend some insect exterminator spray, not real bad but killed a few crawlers. Mandie was really good about getting back with answers when texted. TV went out in Br. and she got it replaced in a day. It is a good place for a couple to stay, and overall we enjoyed our stayKenny

I absolutely fell in love with the condo as soon as we got there. The front desk was nice, informative, and made our welcome warm. From the time we entered the condo to the time we left. It just felt cozy and like home away from home. I loved the pool and the fact that the docks were right there on site and a short little walk across the street was the beach. We will definitely be back.

First off, we have been staying at the GSSRC for years now and this was the 1st time I have ever not liked a condo. I always want to be able to leave good reviews, but I cannot this time. Here's why:-pictures did not match what we got. For starters, we stay weeks at a time and the pictures showed a bigger fridge. When we got there it was TINY. This is not ok for folks like us who don't want to constantly go into town for groceries every 2 days because nothing fits in the fridge.- the bed was awful! After the first night, I literally had to go find a chiropractor. - the door did not lock. We tried everything and it just refused to. - so many ants! We are clean people who keep food picked up and put away but there were bugs everywhere.- the shower was so loose and coming out of the wall. I thought for sure it would end up breaking on us.- the ceiling was falling apart. The walls were gross. This felt like one of those "renters specials".- there was dust and dirt everywhere. Felt like maybe a quick sweep and thats it was done.- first night when we went to turn in, we were adjusting the pillows and there was a blood stain on one of the pillows. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up rewashing the linens. And as far as the pillows, a piece of paper probably has more fluff to them so if you're still thinking of going with this place, bring your own or buy some like we did.There are more things I could list but you get the idea. I hope the owner makes some imimprovements soon.

I am speechless and have never received a review like this. We have a new bed and it is very comfy. I do not understand that one. As far as the ants, that is possible near the doors. The locks work fine, u probably do not know how to lock them correctly. The fridge was replaced recently but every fridge in the last 15 years have been small. It very much sounds like you were looking for negatives. Most of our reviews are good! Some people see the glass half empty.

Location to stores and restaurants is perfect. Beach is gorgeous and the pool was so relaxing. Everything we had hoped for!

Absolutely great location! Close to everything but also far enough away that beaches weren’t crowded. Place is a little outdated, but great for relaxing between beach outings. Unit is on the corner and we never heard neighbors. Great views!

Great location

We loved the location. It was close to the beach but it was quiet. The condo was great. The owner was very responsive to us! I would rent this place again

Awesome place

Place was great. Only one issue the faucet in the tub was loose also not much water pressure. Everything else was amazing.

Nice updated condo in a good location

I choice this condo because of the location. It’s in a quieter area, mostly families. It was nice a relaxing. Bathroom needs a few things repaired, but otherwise everything was great.

Beach trip vacay 2024

We love Gulf Shores Surf and Raquel! Our third time staying at this complex! Very cute condo decorated very beach!! Was plenty of room for my husband and myself. We enjoyed the balconies and the lagoon as much as the ocean! We will be back!

Fall Break

This property had its own walkway to the beach, which we really liked. We had a nice view of the inlet behind the property. Perfect for fishing. The property was a bit dated, but all in all a good place for the week.

Nice family getaway

We had a nice family stay. It was handy to the beach and to fishing. You should probably bring toilet paper and paper towels. The little balconies were nice. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I would say it's definitely best for just two people.

Book this one now!

This woman was wonderful to work with for one, for two, the space is so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night! There is a canal right being the room and we fished off this so many times. Plus, you have access to a private beach and it’s empty most days!!!! I promise, you’ll love this one, book it now! This room has everything you need!!!!

Gulf Shores is within 45 minutes of our house, and we love to spend time there, I've grown up in this area, and I know it well.

When it's cold, we love to sit in the hot tub relaxing in the tropical oasis. It is across the street from the beach, and is in a perfect location.
