We had a great time in the Shark House despite the poor weather. Erik was a phenomenal host and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a family of 14 stay on the west (Tiger) side of the Shark House. The Shark House was clean and very well decorated with thoughtful layout for large groups. It accommodated us very well. Located just a short walk to beach and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Almost everything is walkable in 5-10 minutes. The host, Erik, was very responsive and communicated well with any questions we had. Parking was ample having room for three vehicles onsite and additional on-street parking pretty easy to find close by. No worries about stairs for older or younger guests with the onsite elevator that works great. I highly recommend the Shark House if you want to have a memorable family vacation in Sea Isle City.

High-quality Condo in an ideal location!

The condo is nicely furnished with very high quality fixtures and appliances. The owners are incredibly accommodating and nice. The condo is perfectly located. Near Yum Yums, all the good restaurants, to include Carmen's, the playground and basketball courts, the arcades, and of course a short walk to the beach. A quiet street (far enough away from Ocean Drive). On the correct side of JFK too, so when it is time to leave, it is easy to get on the road. Thanks Shark House!!!

We absolutely loved hosting this Jorgen’s family at the Shark House. They were everything you could hope for in guests: incredibly clean, respectful of our home, and communicative every step of the way. From the moment they booked, they were friendly, responsive, and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. They treated the condo with the utmost care. We would welcome them back without hesitation and highly recommend them to any future hosts. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. You are welcome back anytime. 🦈🏖️

Our family has been spending summers in Sea Isle City for 20 years. The Shark House stay was by far the most beautiful property we've ever had the opportunity to stay in. Erik, Alex and their families have put their heart and soul into creating a home that makes other families feel welcomed, cared for and set up for a week of fun in SIC! They were attentive, responsive and all around great people. We are counting down the days until we come back! 363 to go!!
