Close to Busch Gardens and restaurants. We rent a lot of VBRO’s and this house has a lot of what you need to be comfortable. Back yard was really cute, I wish it was warmer to drink my coffee outside.

The house was clean, charming and spacious! Our host was responsive to all of my questions. It is located near many great restaurants and Busch Gardens. We will definitely try to book this place again on our next trip to Tampa!

Perfect little get away

House was lovely loved the location it was very close to the event we was attending. It was a couple little issues that needs to be fixed but overall I loved the house and I would stay here again

Great weekend getaway

We traveled to Temple Terrace for our son's college visit. Communication with property manager was excellent. Property was clean and included everything to meet our needs. Highly recommend.

The worst experience ever. 1. The owner attempt to charge me an extra fee for cleaning at checkout. This was in addition to the 300 per night rental. The house should not have been listed for that amount in my opinion. The owner stated that I left the place trash and didn't provide any verification photos. I cleaned the house more than what was instructed The owner filed a claim for 100 stating that a bed and pictures was broken. That did not happen while I was there. This house was treated like it was my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY AT THIS HOME. THIS IS A DISHONEST OWNER

Short Stay

The Host was great and answered my questions promptly. The house was as expected and accommodated my party of 5 comfortably. It is on the main road and from the front master bedroom you can hear the noise of passing vehicles.

College Convenience

This location was extremely convenient for our family as we dropped off our child at Florida College. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I appreciate all of the communication.
