Take the ferry to the car free island, Ocean Bay Park and enjoy a family friendly cottage. All of the amenities, newly refurbished house with huge wrap around deck with privacy fence. Sleeps 8 . Bar be que to your heart's content and eat inside the dining area or dine alfresco. Sunrise walks on the beach anyone? Steps to the Atlantic ocean and the bay. All the beach chairs, bicycles and umbrellas provided. Fun outdoor shower. Great Happy Hour with music only a short stroll. Peaceful! Watch for the deer to walk right up to your deck. Fourth of July and Labor Day weeks must be complete weeks, not daily rentals.

The house was adorable, clean and spacious. We loved the outdoor space, it was much bigger than we anticipated. The host was wonderful, she responded to messages quickly and was very kind. Check in was super easy and we appreciated that the house already had linens, towels and beach towels it made for lighter packing. The boys enjoyed the bikes, we liked that it was close to restaurants and the Ferry dock. We would definitely visit this home again.

The cottage was cute and location is great. We paid a lot for this cottage with all the fees. We rented 4 houses for the weekend and this was the most expensive, smallest and dirtiest.

I am sorry you felt it was dirty. We have brand new linens and couch covers and professional housekeeping cleans thoroughly before each guest arrives. The exterior can sometimes be hard to keep due to the changing weather conditions.

Perfect location! Cute clean house with everything you need! Host was very responsive. Plenty of outside space to entertain guests. Backyard was not very clean due to all the pollen and leaves falling on furniture but luckily there was so many other areas to hand out outside. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.

Cute Beach Cottage

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette and it was just what we needed for our weekend away! The location was perfect - so close to the beach and a fun bar (Flynns) and a local convenience store. The only thing I would say is the bunk beds are definitely kid sized so I would recommend this for more of a family friendly spot instead of having 8 adults but we still managed. The bikes were also a bit rusty but still worked. Having enough beach towels there for the guests and AC in each room was a major plus!
