La nostra romantica casa con vista sull'oceano, vacanze, affitto si trova a Las Gaviotas, il 'gioiello della corona' di comunità custodite e custodite a Rosarito Beach, Bassa California, Messico. Las Gaviotas esiste da 30 anni ed è diventato lo standard in base al quale tutte le comunità private sono misurate lungo la costa del Pacifico. La casa sulla spiaggia a due piani è completamente di 2500 piedi quadrati con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni, questa casa è ideale per una famiglia numerosa o per un gruppo di amici. Ospiterà comodamente otto persone. Vengono fornite anche lenzuola e asciugamani. Tutto quello che devi portare è teli da mare.

Il ponte ha una spettacolare vista sull'oceano. Barbecue sul ponte con la griglia a gas o rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio sotto l'ombrellone. Un tavolo e sedie sono anche previste per i pasti sul ponte.

La zona giorno comprende un camino, un tavolo da pranzo, un divano in pelle e un divano.

La nostra cucina comprende frigorifero, forno a microonde, piano cottura / forno, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore, posate e stoviglie, oltre a tutti i gadget di cui avrai bisogno ogni volta che cucinerai. Un negozio di alimentari si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al complesso. Se preferisci cenare fuori, ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Las Gaviotas è una comunità custodita di trecento case, costruita su una collina che domina la costa del Pacifico. Parte del fascino di questo villaggio messicano sono le strade di ciottoli fiancheggiate da palme e bellissime buganvillee che serpeggiano dappertutto. Questa accogliente comunità si trova a soli 30 minuti a sud del confine di San Diego.

I servizi di Las Gaviotas includono una piscina olimpionica riscaldata e un centro benessere (con vista sull'oceano), beach volley e campi da tennis. I bambini di tutte le età adoreranno la spiaggia sabbiosa e le piscine di marea. Un patio in ardesia con vista incredibile sul surf e sul tramonto circonda la grande piscina riscaldata. Puoi passeggiare lungo il surf sulla nostra passerella in ardesia, che allunga la lunghezza della comunità. Questa è una rinomata località per il surf con una barriera corallina destra e sinistra ideale sia per i principianti che per i riders esperti.

Se la pesca è il tuo sport, puoi pescare qui o se preferisci una barca, puoi guidare per 40 minuti a sud verso Ensenada. Sono disponibili charter sia per la pesca sportiva che per la pesca d'altura. Puoi anche dirigerti verso nord per 15 minuti al villaggio di pescatori vicino a Fox Studios, dove i pescatori locali ti porteranno fuori nei loro pongas la mattina presto e rientreranno a mezzogiorno. Per voi golfisti abbiamo due campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Uno è 15 minuti a nord chiamato "Real Del Mar" o 30 minuti a sud c'è "Baja Mar".

La città di Rosarito è a pochi minuti a nord, dove troverete molti negozi, oggetti d'antiquariato, gallerie d'arte e ottimi ristoranti. Puoi anche noleggiare cavalli e cavalcare sulla spiaggia oppure puoi scegliere di prendere il tuo veicolo a quattro ruote motrici sulla spiaggia di Rosarito.

Ovviamente potresti non voler fare assolutamente nulla. Rilassati sul balcone con una vista sull'oceano a 180 gradi, bevi margarita e leggi un libro. In pochi minuti, il suono delle onde che si infrangono, la brezza dell'oceano e la tequila ti farà sonnecchiare.

Beautiful home

This home was more then perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is very safe and beautiful. We loved the private beach and the Community amenities. Mark is very nice and easy to communicate. We can’t wait to return again.

perfect stay!

Las Gaviotas is such a special place and staying at Point Break Villa made it even more enjoyable. We were only there for a full day on Saturday and spent the day hanging around Las Gaviotas, surfing down at the beach, hanging in the hot tub, and at the house. It's a great place for a group. The house was great, loved the authentic mexican feel to it, and decor. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful weekend

Stay at this property was perfect, largely based on the beautiful home and effortless communication with the owner. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time just south of the border. Birthday in Baja

We stayed 4 nights in our lovely rental overlooking the ocean. It couldn’t have been more pleasant. The owner, Mark, was extremely responsive and accommodating. We celebrated a birthday and went down memory lane when we first started coming to Rosarito years ago. A lot has changed over the years. We preferred the laid back atmosphere Las Gaviotas offered as we went to sleep listening to the sounds of the nearby waves. We would stay there again.

Great weekend getaway

We came in more a music festival and this stay was a great one! The house and neighborhood made for a relaxing day, and the location was in great proximity to nearby restaurants. The house itself has a great space with ample beds, bathrooms and spacious common areas. I would return anytime!

Waves galore

This is the second time we stay in this house. It’s very spacious for everyone to have a space of their own. The house is always impeccable and the view from the patio is so pleasant. It was a bit chilly outside and rainy during our visit but this didn’t prevent us from enjoying the peaceful environment las gaviotas has to offer. We were able to light the fire place and every room had appropriate heaters to keep everyone comfortable. We sat by the fire and played table games with the family. Mark is very responsive even when he was traveling overseas himself. I truly appreciated him reaching out to us prior to our stay to ensure we had everything we needed to check in. It was a pleasure to stay here and would return any time if I could.

Classic Gaviotas Charm

Having stayed in multiple homes in the community, this house was certainly my favorite. Front room with wide open to the kitchen, fireplace area and huge deck made for a great hangout area day and night. Spacious bedrooms to sleep all 10 comfortably. Garage space for plenty of surfboard storage. Good location in the community, short walk to tennis court, pool and beach. Mark was super helpful and communicative throughout booking and check in. Would absolutely book this location again.

Best Home Away From Home!

The owner of the property, Mark, was by far the best, most communicative host I have ever had. And I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. He had a great app that let us explore the area, he gave us superb recommendations and was on top of the entire rental from beginning to end. His house was in a perfect location with all of the amenities. I loved the area, the beach and the pool. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can!

great - communication about everything was great and Mark was very responsive when we had a question -beds comfy - hot water every time we showered which was alot because of beach and surfing! Very relaxing and fun - played pickleball on the tennis court behind the house, SUP'd, surfed, ate and swam at the club house and went out to eat in puerto nuevo as well as fixed food in the house! great vacation and want to go back!

This home was perfect in size, amenities, and location. The hosts were great very fast to respond and gave great recommendations for activities and food spots. There home was very clean and very comfortable. Only 15 min from papas and beer and the rosarito strip.

Property was super spacious. All the rooms had super comfortable beds. Showers were amazing. Outdoor balcony was a great place to hang and chill. Perfection

The experience with this house begins before you ever arrive. Mark is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay here is top notch. He provided detailed instructions to the property and about the area and check in was easy. Once there, if I had any questions, he answered them quickly. The property itself is immaculate. The beds are comfy and everything you may possibly need is supplied. The location is safe and stunning. Our kids (all tween/teens) had a blast and we felt very comfortable allowing them to walk around as a group without an adult. We had a great time playing pickleball and the security staff was beyond helpful with all of our needs including helping my husband (in a cast) get around the property and scheduling a message. The patio was perfection, the waves were amazing and the sea life abundant. It was a relaxing and reinvigorating trip thanks to Mark! We will definitely be back.

Couldn't beat the location, it was a short walk to the water. And on top of that, the host was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever rented from. 10/10!

Amazing property!

I have stayed at Las Gaviatos as few times and this was by far the best property I have stayed in there. There were four of us and they were all so surprised about how nice the property is. The place is AMAZING, gorgeous view, very clean, great layout, and amenities such as kayaks, surfboards, body boards. It's a short walk down to the pool. The property is really safe and secure, and the owners were wonderful in communication in advance of our trip and with good local tips as well. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, albeit COVID restrictions

We had a great weekend, the house is large with nice common areas and decor. It's got a convenient garage which allowed us to have 3 cars parked there. The neighborhood is quiet (STRICT no party code, no noise allowed past 10 PM) and with beautiful greenery. The house is conveniently located near the club house, pool and beach access (BEWARE: due to COVID-19 restrictions we were not able to use the common areas at all, which WAS a big influence on deciding to rent this place, price is also not adjusted because of this so we still paid the full, high-season price). The rooms are divided in a way to leave a separate, private room downstairs (which albeit clean had a pretty bad humidity/moldy scent to it) with its own bathroom and 3 rooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms, hand soap is provided but bring your own body wash/shampoo and towels as well since there's only one per person (you'll probably need more if you go to the beach/pool). The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and everything basic you'll need for cooking (and some baking too) and the balcony has a gas-lit grill which is conveniently easy to use. Owners are amiable and responsive, were quick to reply to any questions we had. I'd recommend this stay if you're trying to relax, specially if you know how to surf (beach is good only for that), if the pool/jacuzzi/gym appeal to you, I'd make sure that they're going to be available before you visit.

Thank you for your review Diego. It was a pleasure hosting you. As of early October all Covid-19 restrictions at Las Gaviotas have been lifted. Therefore all amenities that the complex offers are open to rents. Hope to have you back soon.

My wife and I have been going to Rosarito since we were both children. We chose to purchase this home in Las Gaviotas so that we could share the same experiences with our children that we enjoyed when we were young. We Love Baja and especially Las Gaviotas. We enjoy our role as hosts and will do everything possible to make your stay wonderful. We visit the home once a month from our residence in Southern California, ensuring that the home is constantly in great condition. We have a lot of pride in the home which you will see upon your arrival.

Las Gaviotas provides an increadible international beach vacation getaway. This is the perfect location with a dry, warm climate and only 30 minutes from San Diego. We enjoy excellent surf all year and feel very secure in this gated, guarded community. We have great dining, dancing, live music and shopping just a few mnutes away.

This home has a garage full of surfboards, body boards a stand-up paddle board and a kayak. There is a restaurant across the street for great food and music. There is a grocery store across the street as well. You don't have to drive a car during your stay here. Surfers love this place with a great uncrowded break all year long. Golfers enjoy convenient access to two wonderful courses. Sun worshipers enjoy taking in the sun and the view on the huge balcony. Those looking for pure relaxation enjoy sitting on the decks or on the beach. Families love the community feeling and the security and kids love the beach and the pool.
