We stayed for 3 nights to go scalloping and had a great time! The place was awesome—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with easy access to the channel and nearby springs. Dawn was super friendly, informative, and very accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway on the water!

Wonderfully appointed home in Crystal River

This home had a lot of space for our group to spread out, with a very large enclosed patio area that spanned the length of the house, which offered a second seating dining area for our group. The bedrooms and furnishings were new and comfortable and well appointed as we had no needs overlooked. We were here for the 4th of July weekend, but it would be equally as nice in the fall/winter when the weather cools off a bit. It is a short drive to the quaint downtown area of Crystal River and to the springs.

Should have picked another rental…..

They knew we were bringing a boat and didn’t tell us we couldn’t park the boat trailer at the house until the day before we left. Had we known, we would not have rented the home. The property manager communications were inaccurate on occasion, and curt. While some aspects of the house were nice, others were unacceptable and had we known we would have passed on renting it. The beds were hard as a rock and when bugs started crawling on my niece in the dining room, we felt forced to leave early. When we reached out to the property manager for a partial refund, crickets……. We didn’t even get a curt “no!”

We are disappointed by this review, as it contains several false statements about the property and the experience. Communication was maintained throughout the guest’s entire stay — and we have records to confirm that. The home is professionally cleaned and treated monthly by a licensed pest control company, and the claims made about insects are simply not true. We also have photos documenting the condition of the property during and after the stay. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for all of our guests. Unfortunately, due to the inaccurate statements and behavior during this reservation, we would not welcome this guest back in the future.
