Vintage Vibe 80’s Condo

Welcome to the 80’s! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to Midtown and Airport in OKC from this centrally located condo with balcony. It’s close to Restaurants , Movie theater and shopping centers . This roomy condo includes Large TV’s and a vintage collection of VHS movies with player ! Tile floors throughout plus that 80’s homey decor plus a spot on the balcony to relax. The unit is upstairs and has one assigned parking spot # 51. Coffee, teas and lite breakfast included + toiletries
The space
This condo is one level upstairs and close to assigned parking spot. It’s located in the urban Windsor Hills neighborhood with sidewalks and amenities nearby including Grocery stores, Churches, Banks, Movie Theatre, Restaurants, Airport and Antique shops.
Guest access
Use of all interior premises plus smoke friendly balcony, no smoking inside condo or you may be subject to fines. Please text or call Lisa to text you with the door code for access and parking details. Please be aware this isn’t a new build it’s an actual condo built in the late 70’s. Cable and Internet not available at this time
Other things to note
You’re welcome to bring small pets with proper pet check in and pet fees will apply $25.00 per night will be added to your bill for pets under 10 pounds

Check ins past 8 PM require special permission

If your group is staying longer than 1 week you will be responsible for paper products and toiletries

Please take your trash out daily to prevent pests and leave the premises clean as when you checked in. Please report any damages immediately

If you are interested in purchasing any items in the condo check with Lisa for availability and price. If you take anything without permission you will be charged replacement prices

Overall decent stay

Overall decent stay. Nothing to exciting one way or the other. We did have a few areas of concern with cleanliness but overall nothing to concerning to alert the property owner. Beds were comfy and fit our large group.

Roomy Apartment in OKC

Lisa was so kind to accommodate a late booking for me, my partner, and two of his family members. The neighborhood is fairly central. The apartment complex is a little dated, but the apartment itself was roomy with plenty of space to cook, relax, and have individual privacy. There was very little sound bleeding in from outside. The unit has windows facing the road/entrance to the property, so there is light from the lampposts outside, but all you have to do is draw the shades. There were a couple of dusty surfaces, which didn't bother me, but in my efforts to make sure we left the space neat, I found some cereal/snack pieces as well as an abandoned child's sock under the furniture. Overall, Lisa was quick and kind to communicate with answers to our questions and in the unit, she offers everything you could need to make coffee and a small breakfast for yourself. I would recommend this space to anyone spending a few nights exploring OKC!

Concert night

Check in was really quick when I called to get code. However, our Uber was waiting and door would not lock. Kept trying to call host assistant and no answer. We almost missed our Uber when we finally got door to lock. We were unsure of if we were going to be able to unlock it. Thermostat batteries were dead had to steal from TV remote to adjust thermostat.towel rod in bathroom fell off wall when we placed a towel back on it. Other than those things it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Didn’t get to watch tv as we wanted the AC instead.

Great Stay

The place was very close to the fairgrounds and that worked great for us. The owner of the property was fantastic and worked with us easily with check in and check out, will be staying here again.
