Experience luxury and convenience in our newly renovated home, available for the track season. With modern yet stately finishes, this home is the perfect getaway for track-goers. Just 5 minutes from the track, 8 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to Big Box shops, it's ideally located for your stay.
Every surface in the home is brand new, and amenities have been carefully curated to ensure you have everything you need. Two of the four bedrooms feature attached suites with full baths, offering comfort and privacy. The open living area is perfect for gatherings, and there's an office setup complete with a desk, printer, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy meals in the formal dining room, which offers plenty of seating.
The newly renovated basement adds extra space for large parties. The basement level includes a gym and large, open living area.
Outside, you'll find a large deck equipped with a grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging or dining. The expansive backyard includes a playset for younger guests, and adults are welcome to join in the fun.
