Bring your boat, go on a cruise, or just work on your tan at the beach!

The Harbor House has it all! Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has recently undergone a $120,000 renovation with high end finishes!

Master bedroom has a massive walk-in shower that could fit 4, with double shower heads. Next to the kitchen is a large upscale wrap-around wet bar that seats 4, with views of the large flat screen TV (So you don't miss those important sports events). The large living room with work desk, and the master bedroom also have large screen TV's. The front yard has a curved driveway and shaded carport, with additional boat/kayak parking in the side yard. The back yard has a cozy screened-in porch with comfy outdoor sofas and a big screen TV. The back yard also has a cute bonfire pit, with an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The beach is 5 minutes away, the Marina on the River (with delicious restaurant) is 1 block away at the end of the street with access to 2 rivers full of dolphins and mantee, as well as excellent fishing. The Orlando Airport and Theme Parks are 45 minutes away, the Port Canaveral Cruise Ships are 5 minutes away, and there are over 30 restaurants within 5 miles!

Watch the Florida sunset from the front or back yard while you sip a cocktail from the well equipped bar! Very close to Marina, 30 restaurants, 6 bars, WalMart, Cocoa Beach, 2 fabulous fishing rivers, jetski and boat rentals. You will see Rocket Launches from your front yard that shake the windows several times a week!

The door entry code will be provided to guests 2 days prior to arrival. The Key Box Code is changed frequently to protect our guests.

What more could you ask for! Settle into the comfort of your own front yard and watch rockets launch from the Kennedy Space Center nearby!

We also offer a 3 kayak and life jacket rental package for $200 for the duration of your stay. Marker 24 Marina is at the end of the street with a boat launch, boat dock, and fun restaurant with live bands.

Local owners are ready and available 24/7 to ensure your stay is a wonderful experience. Guest book on site with great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, events, and fun activities.

Owners have grown up in this area and have all the insight into the best places to visit and have a list of great restaurants, fun things to do, and night life available on site.

Stay was great

The house is adorable! It was immaculate and comfortable. The location is good, there's a Wal Mart and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet.

July bioluminescence trip

Very conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and the places we did bioluminescence kayaking. Three couples stayed in the place very comfortably. Had a little trouble with some housekeeping stuff when we first checked in but the property manager came over immediately and took care of it.

The interior is very nice and freshly renovated. The house was comfortable and met our needs. It would be nice if there was a washer and dryer available (I missed noticing that one wasn’t included which is my fault). It would also be helpful to have some basic cleaning supplies available for keeping the house tidy during our stay.Overall, a nice place and convenient to the Cocoa Beach area.

Although we want to take on every day tasks like cleaning for our guests, I have put together a charming little cleaning caddy together for the use of our conscientious guests in the future. It is guests like you who equip us to make Harbor House a perfect place to stay!

The place looked great, and was clean. Nice shower. We could have used a few more towels. Plenty of parking. It seemed to be close to the beach but we were too busy to check that out. I thought it was a 3 bedroom place, but it's only two.

Thank you for staying with us at Harbor House Jim. I’m a little perplexed about your comment that it is a 2 bedroom. It has 3 fully separate bedrooms and 2 queen sized beds and 1 king sized bed. Maybe you confused us with another listing??? Thank you for leaving the house clean and neat!

This quaint and unique neighborhood is close to everything you need for a spectacular get-away: beaches, KSC Launches, 2 boatable rivers, kayaking to see real manatees and dolphins or watch the once-in-a-lifetime bioluminescence, the cruise port is a mere 5 minutes away, daytime family fun and nighttime entertainment is within 10 minutes, deep-sea fishing at it's finest, and the most delicious seafood you will ever find!

All this and every theme park in Florida is only 45 minutes away, as well as Orlando International Airport! And for our race fans, Daytona International Speedway is a quick 45 minutes away!
