This is a very cozy home with a beautiful view of the lake. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Such a beautiful property! The house is so cute and had plenty of space for my family of 5. The views from the decks are amazing and the area you have for swimming in the lake is like its own little private cove. Communication with host was super easy. Pools on the resort were a nice additional option. We had our dog along, just a note the property is all stones, no grass, that was an adjustment for our dog but was fine. Plenty of safe road to walk with him along instead.

Wonderful stay in a peaceful Lake Ozark setting.We had a great stay at this property. Our host’s communication was excellent from start to finish — quick responses, helpful information, and a genuine willingness to make sure everything went smoothly. He even checked in with us on our first night since we arrived later in the evening, which we really appreciated. When a small storm rolled through and we had a question about checkout requirements, he responded right away and put our minds at ease.The home itself was comfortable and well‑equipped. My wife mentioned it was one of the better places we’ve stayed, and she especially loved the quiet surroundings and beautiful views. We spent a lot of time just sitting outside, watching the water, and enjoying how peaceful the area.The kitchen and grill made cooking easy. I travel with my own cookware because of gluten‑free needs, but they had enough items on hand, making a meal was easy — a pleasant surprise.Overall, this was a relaxing, enjoyable stay with a responsive host and a great location. We would happily return.

The view was beautiful and the inside of the property was clean. There was some minor damage on the inside that should be addressed. Nice location was that close to shopping and restaurants. The beautiful outdoor areas were practically unusable. The patio furniture was covered in spiderwebs and cobwebs and had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The outdoor dining table had not been cleaned and was covered with ants. This place has a lot going for it and would have been worth the money if the outdoor space was properly maintained.

Really beautiful views. The pools were nice. Good area, lots to do like mini golf, restaurants, cave exploring, boats and parasailing. The house was nice but some of it could have been cleaner. Check in was easy.

It took us 3 days to find the pools and we never laid eyes on the hot tub. The cabin could have been a little cleaner but over all it was a nice place to spend out honeymoon! We found things to do and restaurants at which we ate. The views we beautiful, I love bodies of water. Thank you Luke!

We enjoyed this stay. It happened to coincide with what was likely the ‘last warm boating day’ of the season and that turned out to be true (hence my pics attached). The treetop villa was a great location and close to a major supermarket. It had pretty much anything you needed. I especially liked the two decks and there is a little tiny swim dock at the bottom which was nice. The only thing I would change is to add some type of printed guide for things like remote/Hulu access, fans et. I know a guide was provided but only accessed through Dropbox which I have issues with. Suggest a printed guide in the villa. Overall we were happy with the stay and provisions and got super lucky to get out on a boat on a gorgeous and warm late October day.

We enjoyed our stay in the Treetop! I appreciated how modern the house was, much more than most rental properties at the Ozarks. This location is quiet cove off of the main channel, had access to multiple pools (with opportunities to rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks) and docks, and was easy to find. We loved sitting out on the back decks…the top had a table for the family and the lower level has a few rocking chairs to take in the view. Communication was good - I appreciated Luke’s quick turn around when I requested a property map. Most of the windows had drop down shades and/or black out curtains for privacy. The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I wish the cleaning crew had checked the outdoor areas ahead of our stay - had to knock down a bunch of cobwebs and clean off the table/chairs. Overall would recommend!
