The location was perfect for our needs. We were close to our family who live in the area, a grocery store was 5 minutes away, the lovely River Walk was close by, too, providing plenty of outside time and a number of restaurants to choose from as well. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay.

Wonderful stay and awesome host

The home is better in person than it is on the picture. The neighborhood is very friendly and quite. Leo was quick to respond to any questions we had. Literally everything was fully stock as the hosts went above and beyond what we had expected to find. You won't be sorry staying here.

We didn't need or try to use the air mattress in the living room and would have most likely opted to sleep on the couches if needed. We highly suggest trying out the Crooked Ewe microbrew where we sat outside overlooking the river and had a delicious meal. The neighborhood was quiet. Street parking convenient. Informazioni sull’host

Host: Leonardo Mercado

Immagine del profilo dell’host
Born in Mexico, Raised in south bend. I like spending time with my kids and watching them grow up. I love hosting because I like to meet other people and interact with them. I am always open to want to improve my hospitality.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

My wife and I chose this neighborhood because it is in a quiet street, close to shopping centers, and close to Notre Dame.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our property is unique because both rooms are upstairs with the bathroom in the middle. And the dining room, kitchen and living room are all on the first floor. It separates people watching tv and those who are wanting to rest.
