Great stay! Easy from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach, which was the best part. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group and gave everyone good privacy. Would absolutely stay again.

Anniversary Get a way

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village Club. The unit was very well stocked, very clean, and the communication with our host was exceptional.

Property has some plumbing issues but besides that stay was great . Sink in front bathroom does not drain.

We are very surprised by the 3- star rating given you asked to extend your stay during your visit. We do wish the plumbing concern had been mentioned during your stay so we could have addressed it promptly for you. Our team is already handling the sink drainage issue. We were also disappointed that you had an unapproved pet in the unit during your stay, despite our no pet policy. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your visit overall.

Fantastic unit!

My family has stayed in the OVC many times, but Ashley’s home is superb! It is well stocked with all the necessities and extras! The furniture was very comfortable in all rooms. We love the beach and it is a quick walk to the pool and ocean. We cannot wait to rebook!!

Great house!

We loved the house and beach. Would definitely stay there again. The downside of it is that it was double booked and we lost a night we thought we would have. We were really disappointed!

Yes. Didn’t go to pool. Too far away for convenience . Master shower head OLD and needs replacing.Water came out like a fire hydrant. Actually hurt. Complained to Host because we couldn’t take showers in MasterBath! Very inconvenient. Nothing done about it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear aspects of your stay didn't meet expectations. Regarding the pool, there are 2 located in the complex and we are fairly close to both. The closest is located just across the road behind a building, as noted in our listing it's about a 2-minute walk. We understand that convenience can vary by guest preference though. We also appreciate you bringing the shower head to our attention during your stay. We responded promptly saying we would like to get it checked and looked at with no response from you. We regret this solution wasn't resolved to your satisfaction. The shower head is also not old; it was recently replaced a few months ago. We always strive to address concerns as quickly as possible and provide a comfortable experience for our guests. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to improve.
