I love the open kitchen, dining area, and living room area. There are plenty of kitchen gadgets, utensils, pots pans, glassware. I am very impressed. Bathrooms and Kitchen are new and clean. Nice ocean view from the master bedroom balcony

This was such a great place to stay! Our family of five felt very comfortable in this spacious condo. It was very clean and had ample space for our clothes and food. We had an amazing ocean view from our balcony and were minutes from our toes touching the white sand. We loved being able to walk or take the trolly everywhere. Pam was great to work with and responded very quickly to all inquiries! Would absolutely recommend!!

This place was very conveniently located to various restaurants and shops, right on the beach, and best of all most everything within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful with whatever i needed

Condo was exactly as described. Owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Excellent location right near the free trolly stop. Unit had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving meal and was very clean. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation spot

This place was great! We love siesta key and staying here made it so much better! Everything we could want is across the street (coffee, ice cream, restaurants, tiki bar with music every night, grocery store). This condo was very nice and everything needed was here. Felt like home away from home. Enjoyed it being so close to beach with great views. Pam was so nice and so great to work with and makes sure you have everything needed and info for the area. Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable and the location to the beach was great. We rented loungers and umbrellas from Sammy's and it worked out great. They set up literally right behind the condo. We dined out locally, with everything we needed within walking distance. We caught the free trolly and enjoyed getting on and off as we needed. Be sure to stop at the marina and get a picture of the WWII V-J statue of sailor kissing stranger.

We had a terrific week. The check in was a breeze, though more clarity on all the codes would be helpful... they were scattered throughout the emails in the days prior and it was a little overwhelming to sift through. We mainly didn't find the beach door code b/c we didn't use the gate for a car... we had used Uber from the airport. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Spot

The apartment was exactly as the beautiful pictures showed: clean, very comfortable, and with great views. However, the shower head water pressure in the master bedroom was not up to par, and we advised the office staff so that they could inform the owner for future guests. We were going to make due during our time there, but to our surprise, someone was sent immediately, and the shower head was replaced. The water pressure was great, and this just made our stay much more enjoyable! We appreciated the extra beach towels and the hooks in various areas for hanging towels, hats, etc, which is often so sadly lacking in most places. We cooked in a couple of nights and had everything we needed. Our sincere thanks to Pam (the owner), Debbie and the hardworking guys at Sammy's Beach Rentals, as well as all of the professional and excellent souls in the management office at Seashell! Thank you for making our time with you so special and lovely.

This place was great for our family vacation. The access to the beach was awesome, along with views of the water from most of the rooms and balcony. Thankfully our rental fit under the parking structure, anyone staying should be mindful of that detail. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the essentials, we would recommend this location to others and would stay here again!

Just so you know, if your vehicle is too tall for the parking spot, the office will do their best to find you parking along the side of the driveway or in a spot in the front parking area if possible.
