Efficiency at its finest! The Deckside Suite is the perfect vacation rental in Key West for those who are trying to get the most bang for their buck.

This property is a short distance to all the fun nightlife on Duval Street, but is still very private. You have everything you need @ Deckside Suite in this cozy, studio-style unit, including a kitchenette, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a shared back porch and BBQ grill. The has been recently updated so has a modern feel while still keeping with the funky side with the shower open to the kitchen. Designed for just 1 couple, 2 person maximum, with a king bed in the sleeping area.

Deckside Suite is one of three units that comprise the group rental property Conch Republic Cottages managed by Rent Key West Hideaways.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A POOL. You may use the pool at Dante’s if you utilize their food and beverage services or you may purchase a day pass using the link below at any of the hotels located near your rental.

Was ok

The parking was terrible for the amount of money we paid for the stay, maybe a discount on public parking voucher would have been nice. You can not park anywhere on the street and maybe let your customers know where and the amount of money public parking lots are. We have never had this issue with other companies.

Great Location

We had a very good stay at this cottage. We stayed at the Deckside cottage, very clean and updated. There was a little issue with the combo lock when we first got there but it was resolved very quickly. This is a efficency, kitchen, bathroom and shower all in the same room, then a bedroom. The only thing I would change in there is the king size bed. It is too big for the room, a queen size bed would work out better in that space. Overall it was an awesome stay and we loved the pool.

Everything was good except there is a spot on the floor right out side the shower that is very soft. The spot is so bad that you think you’re going to fall through.

A VERY CENTRAL AND PERFECT LOCATION

We were extremely pleased with the location to all the places we wanted to visit during this stay. The efficiency suite was spacious, comfortable, safe and had all the amenities needed. There were just a couple of inconveniences, which I believe could be improved/added. One was the lack of seating within the efficiency (would recommend a small chair or bench) and the other was privacy-related due to open visibility through the clear shower stall door (would recommend a shower curtain on the inside of stall door). Thank you again for providing us with such a lovely place and location to enjoy our vacation.

Close to the action

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was close to everything and clean and comfortable as well. The pictures were slightly misleading however as the unit is much smaller than it appears. It was fine since we didn’t spend much time inside. there was a light outside our window that made it feel like 2pm all night long but luckily we were pretty tired from the day.

Internet pictures showed Orange Blossom unit and we got booked in the Deckside Efficiency two rooms no chairs, bedroom with King bed and little room to walk. Second room with kitchen on one side and bathroom on other. Table and chairs on share deck. Good location and shower. Staff good came quickly to fix TV and hot water. came to fix TV and hot water.

Location, Location, But Also Note

Located just a short walk, maybe 30 seconds, to Duval, But do note, there is no sitting area in this efficiency, except for the toilet. There is a nice deck, perfect for lounging or meals in nice weather. And close enough to Duval to enjoy music of the nearest bar till late.

We were centrally located in Old Town only a couple houses up from Duval Street where all the activity was. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to and parked our van a few blocks away in paid parking and never needed it the whole stay.

Great location/met the needs!

The location was great, steps away from Duval street. The communication with the property mgmt was awesome. It is a small suite, as described, but it was just what we were looking for. Convenient location, great shower, the bed was comfortable.

Perfect location for old town Key West

This was our 5th year in a row visiting Key West but our first time staying at this property. We were very familiar with the location and knew that it would be a good fit for our stay. The Deckside Suite was exactly as described and the back deck that adjoined us with our friends who were staying in the Orange Blossom suite was a nice bonus. Key West Wedding

The property was fantastic for me and my wife. We were there for my best friends wedding and we had an awesome time and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and even rented a golf cart for a couple days. Would definitely recommend this for a single or a couple and we will definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was good, no major issues, parking is an issue and listing needs to elaborate more effectively on this matter. Listing only stated parking can be a problem, nearest parking was .6 miles away that was reasonable in terms of pricing as you can not locate free parking.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again if we came back to Key West. Close to Duval Street. The bike/golf cart rental at the end of the street was an added bonus- made transportation around the island very accessible and easy!
