Il condominio comprende tre ventilatori a soffitto, aria condizionata centralizzata, patio schermato proprio sul Golfo, cabina armadio principale, tre NUOVE TV LCD digitali (NUOVI 50 pollici. TV HD nel soggiorno), 2 DVD più BLUERAY con Netflix, sistema stereo / CD IPOD, sistema di gioco VIDEO con 70 giochi, telefono cordless, tutte le lenzuola e una cucina completamente rinnovata di recente con contatori di granito. Porta le tue tazze K perché ho appena aggiunto una caffettiera Keurig, c'è anche una macchina per gocciolare 12 tazze e una smerigliatrice per i tuoi fagioli.

Fantastic condo!

Great Time!!!

This condo is everything that we expected and then some. It is a great location to the beach and was very clean and nice! The property is very well maintained and the Tiki area with grills is wonderful. We loved the place and area, be sure to visit this great condo.

Amazing week

We loved to stay at this property, it’s right on the beautiful beach, the sunset view from the apartment was stunning. A lot of entertainment, shops to walk and restaurants in the area. The property is very well maintained and the apartment very clean, with very comfortable beds, excellent experience, can’t wait to come back again.

Smuggler's Cove

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The complex and beach area was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The grill area was fantastic for making lunch, dinner, and watching the sunset. I look forward to returning in the future.

Loved our June visit to your Smuggler's Cove unit!

Our family of four had a great time in your newly renovated unit at Smuggler's Cove. We especially loved the view from our lanai. The staff at the complex was courteous and friendly. We will definately be returning.

Amazing View

Fort Meyer Beach FUN!

The location of this condo is away from the big traffic, so it's easy in and out. Very close to Publix grocery. We took our bikes and road everywhere we wanted in just a short trip. 15 minute bike ride to see sunset at Times Square or just sit on the beach or lanai to see awesome views. Well appointed comfort, we enjoyed it very much, highly recommend.

Very Nice Location

Had a great stay in this Condo. Everything was great! We ate out so much never used the kitchen but it was well equipped! Enjoyed Coffee on the Lanai every morning listening to the ocean waves! Internet was iffy at best but rule number 1 is to forget work! Thanks for the memories!

Perfect ray of sunshine!!

My girlfriend and I come down every year and have stayed all around. This was by far the best place to fit all of our needs. The people were so accommodating. We loved being able to be right on the beach. Lots of good eating places close. Most of all Steve the owner was most helpful to us. We hope to be back next year.. PS the Condo was beautiful. All up dated.

February 2012

This condo turned out to be just as listed and just what we were looking for. Pictures did not do it justice, nicely decorated and with everything we needed. The condo and property was very clean and well kept. Good size for 2-4 adults. We enjoyed the tiki huts outside and the chairs provided. Located mid beach it was in close proximity to many shops and restaurants we went to. Nice pool area. We had terrific weather as well! Would book again for next year!!

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets

Very nice updates to the condo, nice furniture throughout, and kitchen was nicely remodeled and fully loaded. The condo was the right size however the bathrooms were on the small side. I did not realize that the beach faced slightly south so the sunsets appeared to be to the north and not directly out in front of the condo. I would definitely visit Ft. Myers Beach again and stay in this condo.

happy mom

Unit was clean and well maintained. beach and pool were wonderful, location excellent. Not too crowded easy access to variety of activities.Only enough detergent and toilet paper for three days Unit was over decorated. Too much stuff on walls detracted from location. Beds and bedding could use some updating, old and tired.

The condo was immaculate, the outdoor property was wonderfully kept.

I definately will be staying there again. I went with my 21 yr old son and his friend and they are still talking about the trip. It is everything the previous reviews said. Very well maintained and CLEAN. I had a question so I texted Steve and he responded right away. Hopefully we can make this an annual vacation. Thanks so much Steve. Also, the property provides beach chairs and toys for little ones.

I have been a member of VRBO for over 20 years and I encourage you to look at some of my previous renter's reviews. I can't guarantee you perfect weather, but I do promise that my condo is everything it appears to be and then some.

This is my second home and I believe it is furnished and equipped to make your vacation everything you would expect.

I purchased this condo in 1997 when I lived in Ft Lauderdale. It was an hour and a half away and we would spend weekends on the beach.

I currently reside in Panama, so when I am not soaking up the sun myself, I offer my Luxury condo for rent on a weekly basis.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The condo is located mid island, 2 miles South of the Times Square area, 2 blocks to the Publix Supermarket.

The perfect mix of convenience without the noise and traffic of the Times Square area.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I love that I can hear and see the Gulf from almost everywhere in the condo. Laying in bed, listening to the ocean affords me the most restful sleep whenever I am staying there. There is nothing that I enjoy more than sitting on the Lanai, glass of wine in hand watching the amazing sunsets over the Gulf. I know you will too.
