Have just had a great stay here. My friend and I loved the property, the surroundings, the pool and the peace and quiet.It was a decent size and had everything we needed. A great view and not too far from town and beaches.My only crit would be that there is no oven. It would have been nice to do a quick pizza. However, it that heat, salads were more fitting! Loved the place and will book again.

We had a wonderful stay, Olga the host was wonderful and communicated with us about everything very helpful.The property has amazing views from the upper terrace, there are 3 terraces which were wonderful with sun beds and plenty of chairs. The living area has a modern decor with the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms being of an older decor, the second bathroom we did not use as its downstairs in the storage area with the fridge freezer and washing machine in the lower part of the property which didn’t make it easy to use. We have stayed on this complex many times in several properties over the years and this is one of the best. There is everything you need for a great holiday and we definitely hope to return,Thankyou

The apartment is in a great location and the views are amazing. The shared pool was lovely and clean and just a few steps away from the lower terrace .The apartment was clean however on entering there was a musty unpleasant smell which mostly came from the kitchen.We had a problem with baby cockroaches in the kitchen and one very large one in the bathroom.The apartment needs updating especially the bathroom and kitchen, it’s such a shame because our experience has put us off going back to what could be a fabulous property.Also the lower garden terrace needed sweeping and a general tidy up , There were odd bits of old furniture that could do with being removed. All small things that would make a big difference .

We stayed 9 nights in September 2026 and as regular visitors to Moraira, this villa ticked a lot of boxes for us. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa offers great living space and a small, but possibly the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a self-catering property. The bathroom and bedrooms are a little on the small side but outside space is amazing, with a couple of private terraces, all with seating/loungers. The villa backs directly on to the residents communal gardens and pool, which during our stay, was relatively quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves. The sea views from the upper terrace are superb.There is currently a road closure in Moraira, which added to the car journey into town but did not affect the route on foot. It is a steady, mainly downhill walk of about 20 minutes to central Moraira, and although the return is uphill as you near the property, it was not quite as bad as we envisaged. We certainly did it of a weekend when the demand for the 4 local cabs peaks!We dealt with the owner's son Nikita throughout our stay and he was an excellent host. Promptly replying to any queries/questions and resolving a few issues we had thoroughly and always keeping us in touch with what was going on. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa and hope to be able to return again soon.

Great apartment

The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, accommodation is good & clean, air-con was great. Kitchen could do with an update but is fully equipped. Overall a lovely stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely villa in a quiet residential area with easy walking access to Moraira and the L’Andrago area which provide a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. Accommodation is clean and everything is as described and worked well… communication and response from the hosts, access to property, facilities and equipment, air con in both bedrooms, excellent wi-fi, and oh those stunning views from the upper terrace! Kitchen and bathroom could do with an update but this didn’t prevent us from having a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Olga and family!

Todo perfecto, muy cómodo y funcional. No sentimos la falta de nada. Las vistas son muy bonitas. El vecindario es tranquilo y silencioso. La barbacoa es muy útil. En general, todo muy bien.

Prachtige locatie, en prachtig huis

Ons verblijf is zeer goed bevallen, communicatie was goed. In het Appartement was alles aanwezig. Mooi zwembad, lekker rustig. Deze Casa gaan we nog wel eens bezoeken.

Klasse Ferienhaus in netter Ortschaft

Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die nähere Umgebung bieten alles was es im Urlaub benötigt. Ein großer sauberer Pool, nette und ruhige Nachbarschaft, viele Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, was doch die ein oder andere heiße oder sehr feuchte Nacht wirklich gut war. Das Haus bietet für 2 Personen mehr als genug Platz, zu viert wäre es auch kein Problem gewesen. Außerdem gibt es unter den zwei Balkonen noch eine Terasse, auf der man sich auf eigenen Liegen etwas privater als am Pool sonnen kann. Und schließlich waren wir sehr froh über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Klasse und zuvorkommend

Sehr schön! Klasse Aussicht vom Balkon/ Terasse auf den Pool. Den Strand sichtet man auch von der Terrasse, der natürlich ein bisschen entfernt ist! Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und der Familie war sehr freundlich und konnten unsere Fragen alle zu unserer Zufriedenheit beantworten! Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen bei Gelegenheit zurück!
