Lovely Home!

My husband and I stayed with my elderly father for 5 nights during Christmas. We loved the floor plan with an open kitchen and living room with fireplace. The house was very cozy with a spectacular view of the St-Lawrence river. The bedrooms located upstairs are spacious were very comfortable. We loved that they had a King size bed in the master and a Queen in the second bedroom. Master bedroom was very spacious with an amazing view and balcony over the St-Lawrence river. The full bathroom upstairs was spacious and modern and the powder room downstairs was convenient for the main floor. Towels were provided in both bathrooms. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with practically everything you can imagine with good quality dishes, pots and pans. Coffee was provided and the espresso machine was lovely. Everything was meticulously placed in the cabinets and organized. Very clean home. The owner was extremely nice and answered all of our questions. Great location in Ste-Anne de Beaupre, 30 minutes to Quebec city and 7 minutes to Mont Ste-Anne. Would definitely stay here again at our next visit. We had a fantastic stay!

Perfect Stay!

We had never been to Quebec before so knowing where to stay was a mystery. We were just about to book a hotel in Quebec City and then we discovered that there were many places to stay right outside the city too. The description of Phenicia House seemed amazing...and it lived up to the description. The house was super clean. That is one of the most important aspects to me. The place is very comfortable and had all that we needed and more. (We didn't cook, but we could have.) We had room to spread out and enjoy. The back deck was our favorite part. It is furnished including a gas fire pit. The view is so serene and beautiful. Each morning we spent a couple of hours just enjoying the view of the St. Lawrence river, drinking coffee and watching kite surfers float by and a white cat exploring the marsh. The place is really quiet and ideal to leave the windows open at night. It is 25 minutes from Quebec City. We spent time in the city and traveled around to see waterfalls, hike and kayak. There are a bunch of microbreweries within driving distance as well. I would highly suggest having a car to be able to take advantage of all that is around. The good news is there is free, convenient parking right outside the house. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anybody. If we find ourselves in Quebec again, I hope it is available!

Well done! The location, for us, was excellent! I wanted to be out of the city itself. That being said, we were still close to a number of attractions! It was so nice to look out the window and see the Saint Lawrence...gorgeous!

•L'emplacement est excellent•Chambres très confortable et bien équipées•Salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse excellent•TV – seulement les postes IP. Prime et Netflix – pas de postes locaux – Avec l’aide du proprio, J’ai branché mon portable sur l’écran de la télévision avec fil HDMI et j’avais accès à mon système local d’Hélix (Vidéotron). Internet très haute vitesse (500)•Divan salon - Seulement la veille de notre départ j’ai constaté qu’il y avait sans doute la possibilité de lever le repose pied mais je n’ai pas peux l’actionner•En générale quelques informations écrites seraient très utiles Nous recommandons très fortement cette location

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre! The hosts were wonderful, warm and welcoming! The accommodations were beautiful - from the well thought out stocked kitchen - anything you may want is most likely there - to the very comfortable beds, to the beautiful views from the downstairs sliders to the upstairs balcony! The hosts recommended the wood-fired pizza at Le Vignoble de Sainte-Petronille on Ile d'Orleans which we had planned to visit and the pizza and wine at the vineyard did not disappoint! I just wish we had more time and should we be back we'd love to stay here again!! Thanks for making our visit to Quebec City and Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre so wonderful!
