WALK to City Center! Elevator & 2 BDRMS just off Main St.
Professionally decorated and newly furnished apartment steps to Helen City Center! In minutes you can be in the center of all the hustle of the shopping district or back at the apartment relaxing either indoors or out on either of the two screened in porches. Easily prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to cook and dine.
Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the third floor and if needed an elevator is available to drop you off directly in one of the bedrooms. These rooms are situated apart from each other to provide plenty of privacy. Each room has access to its own private bathroom. Should extra sleeping space be needed, the comfortable new sectional opens into a queen size bed.
This elegantly decorated home is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day!
NOTE:
-The HOA has a strict NO PET policy that we must adhere to. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We do require guests to sign a separate Rental Agreement if staying at one of our properties.

This unit was very clean, well decorated, fully furnished, and in a great location. It was also very charming and it even had an elevator. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property right in walking distance of everything. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, couches and beds very comfortable. The elevator was a plus. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened in porch in the morning and then the hot tub at night on the other screened in porch. It was perfect. There is a great bakery across the street and a country store/grocery store just down the street if you forget anything. Wonderful restaurants all around. Stephen, your host is wonderful. He will respond to text/message in a very timely manner. He actually gave us a couple of calls just to check and make sure all was well. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location- if you are looking for a place to stay so you can walk to everything then this the place for you. The place is clean, well decorated, and they provide all the basic essentials. Highly recommend!

When we arrived, it was nice to hear my husband a 2 adult daughters walking the through saying "Nice!" and "Oooh, look at this!" Also, communication was excellent.Thanks again for a super comfortable stay in a great location.

This was a 3 generation Mother's day trip and we LOVED it. My mom kept saying I did great on the vrbo choice.So much space to spread out and the elevator was super convenient and helpful with suitcases and such. Clean, decorated nicely, plenty of blankets, 2 great porches to sit outside and listen to live music at night. Bakery is basically across the street! Every person in this town was polite and helpful. We definitely plan to return and hopefully stay in this same space.

Our Hosts were outstanding. The VRBO is great location to town and walking around. Love the double suite bedrooms and home has all amenities you need.

Whitewater rafting trip
The property was perfect for us. The apartment was exactly as listed. The owner was helpful and the check-in was easy. Would definitely rent again if visiting Helen.

Quick Stay in Helen
Stopped in Helen for a night on our way back home. Stephen was a great a communicator and the place was clean and close to everything in town. Would have been a great place to spend multiple days.

First visit ever to Helen, GA. The unit was very comfortable, cozy and decorated with a little bit of modern flair mixed with some nostalgia and a touch of traditional mixed in. The elevator was my favorite. We used it to go up and down all 3 floors. The screened in deck off the living area was so nice to sit in the early mornings. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Easy to walk Main St just a few steps out the door. Shopping and restaurants all nearby. This place is the perfect location for doing it all.

Stephen was a wonderful host with timely communication that I appreciated! The unique home was full of charm, a quiet in-town neighborhood that was easy to walk to shops and restsurants. I LOVED using the elevator and hot tub that was enclosed on the private deck!I plan on returning with friends in the future for another mountain getaway.

It was wonderful to stay there! We enjoyed the experience! You could see the Main Street from the unit. I would stay there again! Not all of the jets worked in the hot tub but it was still good! We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The fridge had an ice dispenser and the water even tasted great! If we had an issue, Mr. Stephen answered us promptly! It was 3 floors, so I was so Thankful that the elevator worked!

Properly so nice
We only visited helen for one night, I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the comfort of this house.
Everything was very comfortable, clean, amazing view and location, everything was very close and we could visit everything within walking distance. highly recommended.

Perfect condo in Helen!
This property was not only the perfect location in Helen, but it was the perfect property to enjoy time together and have room to spread out. The elevator made the condo so much more accessible for anyone who might struggle with stairs. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us at every step. If you are planning to go to Helen, I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautifully-appointed townhome with a full-size kitchen and two large suites. Everything has been updated and is in good working order. Worth the price for the comfort and convenience.
