Suite was clean and spacious. Had amenities we needed. Pool was clean and open. Loved that there were different activities to do. Quiet. Like that it was gated. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Well this just made our day—and possibly our week. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the clean, spacious suite, the pool doing exactly what a pool should do (being clean and open), and the mix of activities without sacrificing the peace and quiet. The gated serenity seal of approval means a lot to us. Thanks for the glowing 10/10 and the recommendation—we’ll be standing by, ready to welcome you back like an old friend (but not the kind who eats your snacks). 😉 -NexResorts

They push the timeshare thing very hard to the point we had to tell them we just want peace and quiet. No more contact. No more offers. On our first night there got woke early in the morning by a hotel staff wanting to get into the room to vaccum despite the fact the do not disturb sign was posted. Thats a bit crazy. Why would somebody want to come in to vaccum when we'd barely been in the room 12 hours?

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the interruptions during your stay — that’s not the relaxing and peaceful experience we aim to provide. Your feedback regarding the housekeeping visit is very helpful, we wish you had let us know while you were there, but we will reach out to resort, because that is unacceptable. In regards to the timeshare push, we do try to forewarn our guests, but we are not happy that they pushed it to that point. We appreciate your honesty and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide the quiet, restful stay you were looking for. -NexResorts
