Lost Creek Retreat - Una spaziosa casa isolata 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni nei boschi con accesso a Tims Ford Lake. Offriamo l'uso del nostro molo privato e un posto per attraccare la tua barca personale sul lato, non sotto copertura però. La nostra insenatura è lunga un miglio con acque molto calme. Per arrivare al corpo principale del lago, devi attraversare una strada rialzata da 9'6 ". L'altezza è un problema per le barche con torri, a meno che non siano retrattili. In caso di domande al riguardo, contattatemi. La casa è una vacanza romantica perfetta o un ottimo posto per riunirsi con amici e familiari. 20 mi da Shelbyville, Walking Horse Celebration. A 3 miglia dal centro di Lynchburg, dove si deve esplorare tanta storia. Visitare Jack Daniels Distillery è un must. Abbiamo anche George Dickle e Prichards Distillery nelle vicinanze. Il campo da golf Bear Trace, Tims Ford State Park si trova a 13 km di distanza. Poiché Tims Ford Lake è controllato da TVA, durante l'inverno perdiamo la nostra acqua intorno al molo. Da novembre a marzo.

Fantastic venue and host. Relaxing woods retreat with lake and hot tub. Host was super friendly and the property was expertly maintained and presented. Bring the family for some lake activities and fun.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is the perfect place to stay if your wanting to visit the Jack Daniel’s Distillery.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with 6 adults and 2 kids under 10! The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, lots of newly paved parking, and a beautiful view of the water. We loved having access to all the water toys, and the older decor gave the home a charming, comfortable feel.The kitchen is a little small for cooking for a larger group, but it was stocked with all the essentials we needed. The mattresses could use an update, and a few more TVs would have been nice.A few things we didn't realize when booking: the home is across the street from the water rather than directly on the waterfront, and the walk to the water is VERY steep. The road to the house is also steep and narrow. The game room pictured in the listing is located in the basement of the owners' home next door, rather than in the rental.We also didn't realize the owners lived next door, but they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful, and we never felt our privacy was compromised.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property for a fun, relaxing lake getaway!

Weekend in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was wonderful. It was comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. The hot tub was a nice perk and added to our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend this slice of heaven and will definitely be staying here in the future.

June 2023 Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was great with everything we needed and the kids loved all the activities at the dock/lake. Thank you so much for having us! We can’t wait to come back!

Private area with private boat dock access on Tims Ford Lake. In addition to being a safe recreational boating lake, Tim's Ford is an outstanding, year-round fishing lake for stripers and smallmouth bass. Its reputation for trophy striper and smallmouth fishing extends several hundred miles. Major bass and striper tournaments are held on the lake annually. The lake is also ideally suited for the angler that just wants to relax and catch a few catfish or bluegills. Mallard ducks, Canadian geese, bald eagles, deer, wild turkey, and other kinds of wildlife can be seen while boating on this beautiful 10,000 acre lake. Take a day and visit Jack Daniel's Distillery and have lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's. Bear Trace Golf Course is only 8 miles away.

We offer Kayaks, floats, the use of our private dock with a water slide, pool room in our game room area by lake. Whether enjoying the lake, downtown Lynchburg, touring Jack Daniel's, trout fishing on the Elk River, or just relaxing, it's a great place to getaway. We'll try to make your visit as comfortable as possible. If you need anything, we are here to give a helping hand.
