Very nice and beautiful location. The check in process was a breeze , the home is very comfortable and well laid out. Karen was great and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend!

Loved the back deck overlooking the lake. Clean home and communication was great, was even notified we could check in early. Home was just as described perfect for what our family needed on the race weekend.

Karen was a great host, the house was spotless and we really enjoyed everything about it - location couldn't have been better. Hubs didnt know it was on Lake Boone; we got in late so he didnt see the expansive lawn sloping down to the water until coffee the next morning...great surprise only made better by the wonderful large back porch. We really enjoyed watching/hearing all the Belted Kingfishers and other birds AND the multiple trains every day were the cherry on top.

We stayed here for two days for a wedding near Bristol. We had a group of eight and everyone enjoyed the house and the back deck was a great place to sit and relax. Karen was a fantastic host she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Wanted to thank her for wanting to make sure everything was great for us. Every person in our group agreed if any of us needed to stay in area again would not hesitate to book again.

Our host was amazingly helpful! We enjoyed staying in this home; it met all of our needs for a family holiday gathering. The location is perfect for exploring Bristol, Johnson City and Bluff City.

Excellent lake house

This is our second stay and we just love the place. Convenient location, good food close by and cozy house with a great covered back porch with lake views.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. To the point of assisting for recommendations to a florist nearby allowing me to look like a champion. The home was as advertised and right on the lake for a beautiful view. We will definitely look to stay there again when in the area.
