Beautiful little place with the beach right at your foot steps. The unit is small but has all the essentials you need for a short stay. There is a nice a little pool , (which if your lucky and no one else is renting at the same time is all yours to use and there is also a nice sitting area on the balcony of back yard to watch the water. The best part is the little beach area with a nice clear little patch to swim in (right down the stairs). The only 2 things to know is that there is nothing close enough to walk to to get food but you can order in. Also, the caretaker locks up the gates around 10pm, so not ideal if you want to stay out late. But communication with the owner is wonderful .It is a special little gem to enjoy for a couple nights.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We’re sorry that some of the nearby places to grab a bite were closed during your visit. Since you were here during the quieter low season, unfortunately a few restaurants had limited hours or were closed. Our caretaker is always happy to accommodate our guests whenever possible. If he knows guests will be out later, he will leave the gates open for their return — anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable! We truly appreciate having you as our guests. 🌴

Katy was amazing at communicating all the details for our stay and Poly the property manager was amazing! His wife cooked us a delicious meal and the place was so beautiful and we loved the private beach.

Great place, away from more busy areas on the island. Quiet with your own beach and pool, Rented a golf cart for touring the island and going to dinner each night. Information provided by Katy makes it easy to get to and from Cancun airport to the villa.

This place was absolutely amazing! Having our own private heated pool and private beach truly doesn’t get better than this. It felt like a luxury resort experience but with complete privacy and comfort.The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Poli, the caretaker, keeps both the grounds and the beach immaculate and is always available if you need anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely recommend this rental and we will definitely be back in the future!

We have been to Isla Mujeres three times and this by far is the best property we have stayed on. Not only is the villa exactly as described by the caretakers, Poli and Gladys are kind, friendly and helpful. Sac Bajo is quiet and extremely safe. The property has a well cared for beach and pool that kept us relaxed and rested during our stay. We will be back!

This place was exceptional! Pool, private beach and Katy, Poly Gladys were on site and fantastic in helping us in anyway we needed. Katy has made this place a piece of heaven on earth! Nothing else could have been improved. We are experienced travellers and every detail was taken care of with class. Thank you we will be back!

A tiny slice of paradise

Our trip to the Villa at Quinta Ixchel was everything we hoped for. Having Katy as an English speaking host/resource made a HUGE difference and was such a bonus to this entire experience. The villa was super clean, pool and beach were amazing and as a major bonus - the bed was SO comfortable!! A wonderful trip all around!

Best Vacation Ever

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Everything was so clean and they were ready to meet any of our needs or answer any questions we had. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it, you will be pleasantly surprised. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much Dave and Katy for the amazing stay!!

Slice of paradise

We’ve stayed on the island seven times and this place gave us a lot of privacy when we wanted it. Poli showed us around and was very tentative. Perfect 30th anniversary and we would love to go back.

Perfect location!

We love this end of the island. The property is close to some of the best beach clubs and restaurants, but far enough away from the chaos of the north end. The room is perfect for a couple looking for a secluded, romantic get away. We will definitely return.

Property was fantastic and Katy was very quick to respond when we had a question.

Our overall experience was fantastic! Location of this property is great, very quite and the grounds are very spacious. Enjoyed morning coffee under the palapa overlooking the water. Private pool was fantastic and a place we would relax after spending the day exploring the town by golf cart.

Perfect Anniversary Stay

I can’t think of a better place to celebrate our 50th anniversary than the Villa at Quinta Ixchel! From the lovely flowers and wine that greeted us, to the helpfulness of our hosts (not to mention the private pool and beautiful beach), it was a perfect stay. Thank you Dave, Katy and Poli!

Paradise

It’s a little slice of heaven. Perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything you need. Dave and Poli were always available when we needed something but gave us plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back!!
