The condo was very clean, modern, had everything we needed and more. We loved the pool and the beach was very close. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. And it was less than an hour drive from Orlando. The highlight of our time there was a rocket launch. We simply walked out to the beach and had an excellent view of the launch. Great place to stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, location perfect, 5 minute walk to the pier, beach towels and chairs came in very handy! This is our second year to come down, hands down better and cheaper than the hotel we stayed in last year and definitely plan on being back next year! Thanks for the memories!

Such a beautiful condo! We had the best time in cocoa beach. The pool was big, heated & cleaned it seemed like every other day. Plenty of pool chairs & tables. It’s so nice to have beach access and be right next to the pier. The condo was very clean & well kept. It was equipped with everything you need for a stay. We will definitely be back! Very clean and nice condo with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The only negative was the air conditioning being asked to not turn it down lower than 74 left the upstairs quite hot. They did have lots of fans so that was a plus.

February 2026: Helpful responsive hosts, great location on the beach next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, well furnished. Three set XUMO TV system with extra streaming. Warm pool, two newish gas grills. Shopping and more within walking distance. We enjoyed getting access to use the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral libraries. Watched six rocket launches from the condo. Best experience in our fifth year coming to Florida.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. Excellent location next to the beach and pier. The pool was perfect. The added extras including beach equipment and towels really made a difference. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. 10 out of 10.

From start to finish the absolute best vacation our family has ever had. Designated parking, clean and quiet facilities. The showers here are extremely elegant. Granite and tile everywhere! And the water pressure was stellar! We never ran out of hot water and there are 4 in our family. Myself; i absolutely loved getting in the shower after a day of swimming. Perfect location to shops and to the beach. Totally accurate to say its right on the beach. We got to witness 2 rocket launches from the pier that will forever remain a memory for my bunch. Sea turtles were coming onto the beach to lay eggs the same night as the second rocket launch! It was something we will never forget. From where we live its very unlikely we will ever see another sea turtle in it’s natural habitat. We have already recommended these host to our friends and family. To anyone who reads this review; our family has really appreciated our host and would recommend their properties to everyone who reads these before booking. Im always on edge in a new area that i dont know; this location was quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. We felt safe and at home from the moment we unpacked our suitcases.
