The townhouse is nicely furnished and all rooms are spacious. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped and all rooms are very clean. Each of the bedrooms having a separate full bathroom was an added bonus. The layout worked very well for us and the location was close to everything. Having parking on site was invaluable and necessary as walking is difficult on steep inclines and touring by car is the perfect way to see the sights of this beautiful area. Since this townhouse is on three levels, be prepared to climb some stairs. We would absolutely return.

Great location. Nice house. Well fitted out. Other items for consideration- The floors were very creaky (noisy). Need towel bars in second bedroom bathroom. Cutlery seemed to get rusty in dishwasher. Better instructions needed for the ventilation system (if working).Would rent again in the future.

This home is immaculate and well equipped. So nice to come back to after our adventures. Love the big living room sofa and bed was super comfy. 2 hour round trip walk/hike to Signal Hill for those that are up for it. Short walk to George Street. Great location!

E

The property was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We could have used some kitchen items such as ziploc bags, tinfoil and basic spices, along with perhaps a corkscrew (we borrowed one from the neighbour). But all in all, a terrific stay. Would highly recommend.

Short notice stay

The property was perfect for our family of three. Finding a king bed with a parking space felt like looking for a unicorn, but this property had both! Was not an issue for us at all, but visitors should know that the property does have a lot of stairs (up one level to the living area/kitchen, and up two levels to the bedrooms). We were in St. John’s during a snow storm, and the property managers made sure we were dug out and able to get to the funeral we were in town for. Would stay here again!

10 day stay St. John’s

House was as expected.l and as advertised. Really liked the location and how clean the home was. The washer and dryer worked but sound as though they are on their last legs. Suggest putting the washer and dryer next to each and levelling. Towel racks in the washrooms would be helpful. Found the owner was not very responsive. Would have been helpful to have a book or expectations regarding recycling,Garbage and expectation for when leaving the home ie: sheets, towels etc. Overall though we loved our stay and the home.

The property was just as described. Very clean, well stocked with amenities and within walking distance to many places. The check-in process was flawless. I did have to contact the property manager regarding a minor detail and it was taken care of the same day. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again!
