In the listing it mentioned the neighbor dogs that will 100% be visiting. There’s also a gate that you can close to keep them off the property (of which you were very aware). It had rained right before your stay so naturally the outside space was wet, that’s out of our control. I’m not sure which screen door you’re referring to that didn’t have a screen, because it’s a glass screen door. These reviews impact businesses. Maybe next time you can check your email, log into the VRBO app and not call the owner when you arrive and yell at them because you didn’t prepare for your trip at all. You were the worst guest we’ve ever had stay and you were only with us for 1 night.
