First, the property was great. Extremely clean. My wife always cleans the place we are staying in after we arrive, but this place? Well, after she went through her cleaning discovered that it was pretty immaculate already and she had wasted her time. Mark was great with communication on everything we needed to know about our stay. We had a great week and a wonderful place to stay.

Wow! What a place to take a family vacation. This condo has it all. Views are amazing all around. The pools are amazing to relax in and there is 18 of them so never too crowded. Saw dolphins in the late afternoon from our room. There are so many activities close by to choose from. The pictures of this place pretty explains itself. Mark will check in on with you from time to time to see if you need anything which is pretty awesome. We will definitely be coming back to this place soon.

This condo was so beautiful and so was the view! Communication with the host was quick when needed to ask a question. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay! Had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels! Even a little cooler for drinks on the beach, though we brought our own! Beds were comfortable too! We loved our stay!

We stayed in Mark's condo as a group of , 3 adults and 2 kids. There was more than enough room! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The resort has plenty to do and the views from the balcony are amazing. Mark was very helpful! He gave us recommendations for dinners and things to do, and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. We will absolutely be back!

Had a wonderful week at our condo at Baywatch. Condo was very clean and Mark was great w/communication. I would suggest another smart TV in master instead of a DVD player. It was really nice having beach chairs available to use. Only used outside pool areas once because it was pretty crowded due to tower 1 pool down for a face lift, We are beach people anyways so didn't bother us too much. No fault of owners. Thank you for a great week!

Thank you for the kind words and review :) I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay! BayWatch! is always upgrading the Resort Property! There was 12 pools open on your stay, I'm sorry about that but I did let you know and I don't control the improvement schedule . There are 3 TV's and a guest lost the bedroom remote. LG did an software update and the generic remote doesn't have the right settings for programing, sorry for that. I'll be out there in a few months to resolve. Have a great summer!

The property was exactly as listed, beachy decor, well maintained, and excellent views from both balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The communication with our host was easy and timely. We had an excellent time and would definitely return.

Condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Beautiful beach and ocean views. Host was very easy to communicate with and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Condo had been updated with new appliances and counter tops. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. Having restaurants on premises was nice. Looking forward to booking again.

The condo was as pictured. It was well stocked, clean and was everything we hoped for. No additional parking fees and fast elevators were a plus. Great view and family rental.

In 30 years coming to NMB for vacation this was by far the BEST condo we have ever stayed in! You could tell the owner takes pride in his condo. Only drawbacks were the pools at our building being out of service which our owners had no control over but BAYWATCH should have planned it better as we never saw anyone working on them and during summer pools are part of what we paid for!

Hi, thank you for the great comments! There are 18 pool/spa's and yes the 6 pool/spa have taken longer than planed by HOA. All the work is in the 'pool pump room' inside, not with the pools. All the other 12 pool/spa's at the Resort are open for your use.

The views from the balcony are unbeatable. The unit was clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. The owner was super friendly, easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations. The elevators are fast and we never waited more than 20 seconds for one. Pools and hot tub are nice and easy access to the beach.

This condo is very nicely decorated, well stocked, and so comfortable . . . But the most special parts of if it are the views! Whoever coined the phrase ‘Location, location, location” was talking about this home. The 18th floor views make you feel like Rose on the Titanic. Very clean beautiful condo with amazing views! The kitchen was fully stocked as a home would be. Couldn't say more about how convenient the appliances for kitchen and for laundry that was available. No need to buy a thing to cook with! It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Mark was our host and was there to answer any questions we had. I would give it 12 stars if I could. Oh and the abundance of pools amazing. Sandtrap Restaurant food was excellent! Mark the host pointed us to some amazing restaurants. Wonderful time!!!!
