Waterfront Cottage vicino a Bath Maine

Questa proprietà è ideale per coppie che cercano l'atmosfera rilassata del Maine vita. Questo cottage 1950 fornisce immediatamente vista della privacy e sul mare nel giardino di casa. Entro 10 minuti di auto si sarà in grado di fare shopping in bagno e degustazione frutti di mare freschissimi Maine ha da offrire. Bath ha anche una pista, tennis e basket locali per uso da parte di tutti. Freeport, che fornisce outlet shopping, nonché del Maine famosa LL Bean, è a soli 30 minuti a sud della proprietà. Oppure si può scegliere di dirigersi a nord sulla Rt 1 a visitare Wiscasst (più grazioso paesino del Maine) anche a circa 30 minuti.
Se vi piace andare in barca è possibile noleggiarne una presso il New Meadows Marina o portare il proprio. Il cottage ha una grande dock e ormeggio. Sparate a Casco Bay, Porto di Cundy, o pranzare presso il Sebasco Resort (si può guidare più di così). Un sacco di isole e costa da esplorare e vedere ed escursioni a 1/2 miglio dalla struttura.

This is the most peaceful place; a wonderful cozy cottage in early fall, but still lobster boats to watch, still birds to identify. And still lots to do in nearby towns. The dahlias at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens were in full bloom. I'll be back again, I hope.

My second stay here and just as good as the first time. Cute (yes, small) and clean. All the basic amenities that you could possibly need in the kitchen; we cooked every meal there. On site kayaks and fire pit are wonderful to have. Beautiful location and close to other activities. Will stay again!

Beautiful sunsets

Great week. Kept our kayak on the dock and enjoyed sites around Bath. The cabin is well supplied and the sunsets are amazing.

A great week

The cottage is perfectly situated for peaceful boat watching, and close to a lot of great restaurants. I had great weather and a lovely visit. Friends came to lunch one day and were blown away by the beauty of this spot. Everything was great!

A week of peace

What a pleasure to stay on the water's edge in this peaceful place. It had everything I needed to enjoy the week, and was convenient to a number of really good restaurants where I visited with friends. I hope I get to come back!

Another great week!

Even on the hottest day of the year, there was a cool breeze. The overhead fans were great, too. And did I mention the sunsets? Lobster boats to watch, a grill for dinner every night. The whole week was just lovely.

The perfect Maine cabin stay! Ruth anticipated all of our needs before we did by making sure the kitchen had all sorts of gadgets, providing outdoor games, board games and anything else that our family need while we were “Upta Camp”. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, dock, and the seal that my daughter named lovey dovey who would make his daily appearance at dusk. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot to relax

My best friend and I spent a week relaxing in this clean and cozy cottage. We cooked all our meals there and the tiny kitchen had just what we needed. We used the fire pit as many nights as possible, did a lot of walking and some kayaking. Spent time sitting inside by the window enjoying the view of the water and the antics of the birds and squirrels at the feeder. We’ll be back again.

Classic Maine

This is the second year we've stayed here. Lovely scaled cottage with a great vibe, and with a view that you absolutely can't beat. Bath and the surrounding areas are off the beaten path, and not crowded, even in the height of summer. The Phippsburg Peninsula alone is interesting enough for a whole week. Then there's Georgetown,. and the Harpswells..... It's a perfect spot, with a very gracious host! We'll be back, same time next year.

I am 85 years young and had problems navigating around. The bed was uncomfortable as the sheets wouldn’t tuck in and were much too soft! The view was incredible and we loved it! The air was so crisp and clean! We would be willing to try it again with different sheets. We would like more room for our belongings! The Nivisons

Very pretty spot on the New Meadows River (which feeds Casco Bay which feeds the Atlantic Ocean).Cottage is well equipped and provides the most beautiful sunsets!We return here every year. It is our happy place in Maine! Also, the best hosts ever!

Even more charming than the photos show, and such a great location. The cabin was super clean, and was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The dock, kayaks, and fire pit made it a great spot for lazy days and fun-filled adventures, and we spotted bald eagles, seals, egrets and more. We would definitely book this cabin again.

Rustic Maine camp

Overall enjoyed our stay. Some of the living room furniture is soiled and should be cleaned or replaced. The shower wasn't great ( limited hot water) and had to plunge the toilet almost daily.

'Hello and welcome to our cottage. My family had this cottage built in 1952, I was 10 at the time. We moved into Birch Point the day school ended, and stayed for the entire summer. We only left for food shopping and laundry, and baths when my mother couldn't stand it anymore. We hated those days, an interruption in our activities of swimming every high tide, digging quahogs, fishing with snails, rowing our leaky wooden skiff and walking at dusk looking for our friends to join us. Oh, and the camp has a name 'Pamasonsis'. Some think it's a Native American name, but if you divide by syllables, it is our family of 4; Pa-Ma-Son-Sis. I love seeing the beautiful sunsets, hearing the lobster boats, seeing the water reflect the sun on the living room ceiling, and hearing the robins chirp early each morning. We hope you make some wonderful memories here too. I still believe that this is a magical place...Enjoy!!' Sincerely, The Page's
