We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious home, comfortable beds, plentiful towels, air conditioning, and private pool, and that you appreciated the complimentary early check-in. We would, however, like to clarify that several of the concerns mentioned in your review relate to the resort and its temporary entrance arrangements rather than the rental home itself. At the time of your stay, work was being carried out at the resort’s main entrance, which required temporary security measures, cones, and caution tape. This was a temporary situation outside of our control and was in place for the safety of guests while the work was underway. The pool rules, bag checks, food and beverage policies, and pricing are also resort policies and operations, rather than policies established or controlled by our rental management team. Regarding the private pool screen, we had arranged for the repair to be addressed, and the repair team attended the property to complete the necessary work. We appreciate that advance notice would have been preferable and will certainly take that feedback on board. We’re sorry that some aspects of your overall resort experience did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we’re glad that you found the home itself spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and enjoyable. We always strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable home and responsive service, and we appreciate your kind comments regarding the early check-in and the positive aspects of the property.
