Beautiful waterfront home located in Sagle, ID, just across the iconic Long Bridge from downtown Sandpoint. 114' of waterfront with private dock on serene Fry Creek, where the water is always calm and ready for a kayak or SUP ride. With plenty of room for boat trailer parking, take your own boat and explore Lake Pend Orielle. Inside the home is flooded with natural light and the large windows provide spectacular scenery. Use the stocked kitchen to gather around a meal with friends and family on the large dining table or out on the patio. Enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. Plenty of grass for little ones to play. Relax in a chair outside and watch Fry Creek come to life with families enjoying this special place in N. Idaho. Roast marshmallows in the Fire pit. Sleep comfortably in the newly appointed bedrooms. Fish off the dock and catch bass, catfish, pike, and trout. Walk or bike the paved trail system that runs parallel to the home and leads across the Long Bridge into downtown Sandpoint. Less than 10 minutes by car into town and only 30 minutes to Schweitzer. Make yourself at home in our N. Idaho retreat on the water.

This property was excellent. Plenty of room for people, boats, trailers, and water toys. It was a beautiful short boat ride on a calm and quiet canal to the main lake. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place and was just as described. The tranquil setting with the calm waterway was perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Jenna was a wonderful host and very responsive to my questions.

Beautiful home, hosts were absolutely amazing! The place was so clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our group and would 100% recommend to anyone. We'd be psyched to stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect place for us and our extended family to enjoy time together. Lots of ducks and wildlife to entertain the kids. It was nice to have the dock for our cousins' boat, too. Kitchen was nice and roomy for putting meals together. And it was great to have a spare fridge in the garage for beverages. Easy trail access was a bonus, too!

The house and water access are absolutely stunning! Super handy distance/access to town, but still feel far enough removed from it to be relaxing! Host is incredibly kind and responsive to messages/questions! Highly recommend! Fantastic place!I am aware that our only issue isn't exactly a quick fix, and this is just a heads up to others. There is no AC. They provide box fans which helped, but it was still pretty dang roasty toasty. We were there while the smoke was super thick so we couldn't really open the windows and it was a bit rough. Still loved our experience though!

Quiet lake house

Quiet lake house with tons of room, huge kitchen, amazing views & perfect location for calm water. Owner went about and beyond to accommodate us and answered all my questions before during and after our stay. Home doesn’t have A/C so that was the only negative but we had all windows open at night so that helped. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great property! Beautiful home and location! We had a blast on the water paddle boarding and swimming and rented a boat for the day! Dick was great only thing that would make it better would be a ladder! The house does not have AC so a few hot nights but fans work great! The grill is pretty old so updating that would be amazing! We hope to come back in the future! Oh and toilet paper handles would be great too!
