La Hollywood Hill Guest House di Woodinville è situata in una tenuta di cinque acri con pascoli su entrambi i lati. Il bungalow di 1400 piedi quadrati, costruito per la prima volta nel 1933, ha subito un ampio restauro e una riprogettazione degli interni. È facile rilassarsi nel bungalow ben arredato.

La Guest House ha due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale; un bellissimo bagno Jack & Jill con una doccia di grandi dimensioni, vasca da bagno e doppi lavandini; un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo illuminati naturalmente; una stanza di polvere fuori dal soggiorno; una cucina gourmet; zona colazione; e, lavanderia. Ogni stanza ha una vista pastorale. Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo.

La grande cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata presenta una stufa Viking a sei fuochi con forno a convezione, un frigorifero francese di grandi dimensioni e una lavastoviglie Bosch.

Vengono forniti prodotti da bagno in omaggio, caffettiera Keurig, assortimento di cialde, sapone per lavastoviglie e detersivo per bucato.

Woodinville's Wine Country è a pochi minuti dal tuo bungalow. Esplora le cantine premiate, i ristoranti acclamati e il centro benessere locale. Puoi camminare o andare in bicicletta nel quartiere o sul sentiero Burke Gilman locale. Sei a soli 30 minuti dal centro di Seattle.

Mentre viaggi nel canyon, fuori dalla valle di Sammamish, ti lasci alle spalle il resto del mondo. Stupende tenute e allevamenti di cavalli appaiono dai boschi mentre salite la collina di Hollywood. The Hill ti stupisce con la sua bellezza in ogni stagione.

The property is in a great central location, very quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything stocked for our stay. The hosts were very quick to respond to our messages, and we had a great stay. We would definitely book this guest house again in the future!

This home was ideal for touring the Woodinville wineries and restaurants. It was spacious, well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts were easy to book with, and it was reassuring to know they were nearby in case of problems. Highly recommend this property!

This was our fourth stay at the Hollywood Hill Guest House. For us, it's the perfect jumping-off point for visiting our extended family in nearby Kirkland. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. All boxes checked.

Charming and comfortable guest house in Wine Country

Perfect for a girlfriends getaway of walks and wine tasting. This is such a comfortable home. Really well equipped cook’s kitchen, nice open living area, and comfortable beds. Such a relaxing getaway!

Charming house in Woodinville

Amazing place to stay while wine tasting in Woodinville!

We loved everything about this VRBO! Everything was so nice, clean, and even better than the listing pictures! Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were a surprise plus - coffee/tea/creamer, travel toothbrush etc.... Owners were friendly and responsive! The guest house was very close to all the wineries we visited!

Incredible gem in Woodinville

This property is perfect for a couples get away in Woodinville. Close to the wineries. Beautiful quiet street. Even have a beautiful white horse living across the street that wants to come say hi. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I come to town!

We are both second generation filmmakers. We work and travel all over the world but choose to live in Woodinville. Originally from Hollywood, California, we have lived on the Hollywood Hill of Woodinville since 1981 and wouldn't live anywhere else.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

In 2008 we bought the horse property next door to our home. Over the next three years we did a major restoration/renovation of the bungalow on the property; the bungalow may as well be new. We applied our attention to every detail of our charming rental. This is not our second home, this is your escape to a little piece of our paradise.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Get up in the morning and walk the neighborhood, or take a walk on the Burke Gilman trail. Have coffee on the back deck or with the locals at the bottom of the hill. During the day or night, drive down the hill and find great wineries to visit and wonderful bistros to dine in. Order your meals to go and bring them back to the comfort of your home. Or, stock up at one of the local markets and enjoy staying home, cooking and relaxing. There is no other property like this on the 'Hill'.
