We are located in a neighborhood that includes a private swimming pool for you to enjoy and a playground with a fort. Just a few doors down there is a neighborhood crabbing dock. With 3 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy the screened in porch, well appointed kitchen, coffee bar, and all new towels and linens. Play some tunes on the turn table, enjoy the DVD library or play one of the games we have included for your family fun. When staying with us we include a brand-new golf cart for you to explore the island, bikes, beach chairs and beach towels.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and create lasting memories. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply enjoying a peaceful getaway, this beautiful house is the perfect home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Pets considered.
We are not members of the club. Your gain is our rates are much lower than others because we don't have to cover the club cost

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the golf cart a lot! Pool was close by and never crowded! We'd choose this home again because the host was easy to communicate with and it provided all we needed to have a great vacation.

Great house and location. Very clean and in a quiet marsh side neighborhood. We love the screened porch and fire pit area. This is a repeat visit to this property. We love it!

Wonderful home on beautiful Fripp Island. Hosts have done a wonderful job preparing for rental guests. We had everything we needed for our stay. The screened in porch was such a nice space for meals and the golf cart was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

We were told if we did not leave the golf cart full of fuel they would charge us but we were left with an empty golf cart. I immediately contacted the management and nothing. We also had Palmetto bugs in the kitchen and the bedroom. Not dead they were alive. Yes you are going to have them in the shade there. I communicated this and once again no response. For what I paid this place was not worth the stay. Not getting amenity cards??? It was still expensive for what you got. Flat tire on the golf cart. No communication. I’m sad, my parents are getting up in age and this was probably our last vacation together.

Our sincerest apologies!! We are not sure exactly what happened here but we did not receive these communications you mentioned in your review. I will immediately send you the money for the golf cart gas! This house has not had one complaint of any kind. It is a little gem with very reasonable prices, which is what our other guests have said in their reviews. We do mention in our listing that we do not have access to amenity cards when staying at this house. We have realized that not all that come to the island want access to the club's amenities. By not having the membership, we are able to offer the most affordable place to stay and by including a golf cart and bikes, our guests are very happy with their accommodations and price. We do appreciate you staying with us. If you do come back to Fripp Island, please look us back up and I promise a different outcome! I will give you more phone numbers to call so we can make sure we can directly communicate. And I will personally give you a discount on your next stay. Again, my apologies for any discomfort you and your family experienced. I am sending you $20 for the gas right now. Kind regards, Kathy

Beautiful home. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we've slept on in any of the many homes we've stayed at on Fripp. Host was super quick to respond. We only had to message them once at check in. due to the cleaners taking the keys with them. No big deal. They showed up with in 20 min with another set. 10/10 rental and we will for sure book again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
