The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was a little less than adequately stocked with essentials (only 6 forks, no stemmed wine glasses, etc.) The kitchen pantry was locked so lots of food items had to be kept out on the counter. The primary bedroom closet was also locked so no good place to hang clothes there.

Condo was great, renovated and comfortable! Had all the basic necessities. Balcony had a great view. Kim and Ray obviously love their home! The complex as a whole feels a *tiny* bit dated compared to some of their neighbors, but all in all wasn't a big negative on the trip.

Thank you for the 5-star review. We're glad the renovated condo was comfortable, had the basics you needed, and that you enjoyed the balcony view. Kim and Ray do take pride in their home, so it's great that showed through. We appreciate your note about the complex and are pleased it didn’t detract from your trip. We hope to welcome you back. Beach Colony is one of my favorites and we have stayed on multiple occasions. The only reason I gave 3 stars on the check in process is because the door code we were given did not work and we couldn't get in. The offices were all closed so I had to send a text. Fortunately someone text me back about 10-15 mins later. Ultimately the code had to be reset and we were able to get in. Weather and water was some of the best its ever been and the beach was great. Extremely pleasant " Cabana boy". Would highly recommend.

Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad Beach Colony remains a favorite and that you enjoyed the great weather, water, and beach — and that the cabana attendant made your stay pleasant. We apologize for the door-code trouble and appreciate your patience; we are happy our after hours service was able to help you pretty quickly. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to welcome you back. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
