No parties or events exceeding the amount of guests on your reservation, unless approved by host. 

Bachelorette parties are welcomed as long as you do not exceed your reservation guest count.

Upon approval from host, we will allow larger parties or gatherings that exceed your guest reservation. Additional charges will apply. Please contact us to discuss details. 

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.

Check-in 3pm and check-out 10am. Alternate times must be approved by owner.

$40 fee for 10am Early check-in request. 
$40 fee for 2pm late check-out request.

$100 fee for 10am Early check-in request for entire Hideout.
$100 fee for 2pm Late check-out request for entire Hideout.

No firearms.

No hunting.

No drug use on the property. 

No alcohol consumption by guests under 21.

Puking- Additional Cleaning Fee of $50 will be charged. If items are damaged from puke you will be charged to replace. 

Remove all food, drinks etc. from refrigerator.

Empty the house of your possessions.

Pick up all trash. 

Place all used bath linens in shower.

Do not strip beds.

Load dishwasher and start before you leave.  

Log out of personal accounts on TV.

Replace all remotes where you found them. 

Turn off all lights at check-out.

Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked at check-out. 

Set thermostat to 70F if changed during your stay.

Return tablet to its location. If tablet is missing or broken you will be a $200 fee.

Park in designated unit parking. 

Quiet times- 10pm- 8am. 

NO GLITTER- We understand glitter is pretty but please no glitter. If glitter is used you will be charged a extra $150 cleaning fee.

ALL USERS OF THE SPA DO SD AT THEIR OWN RISK. 
CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

Beautiful Views

The Bonnie and Clyde unit was beautiful and the views from the balcony even at the end of February was breathtaking! The host was accommodating and quickly responded. They made the stay perfect for our intimate wedding day. Will definitely stay again!
