"Blessings by the Sea" è una villetta recentemente ristrutturata a Seaside situata in posizione centrale vicino alla piscina per famiglie, Seaside Avenue e Town Square. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla spiaggia. All'interno c'è una cucina rinnovata su misura, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, completo di un frigorifero per il vino. Il primo piano offre un soggiorno aperto con alti soffitti e finestre che forniscono molta luce naturale e un bagno di servizio al largo del soggiorno.

La grande camera da letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore ha un bagno privato con doccia a pioggia, cabina armadio e accesso a una veranda arredata. Al secondo piano si trova una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e un bonus in camera a castello per quattro persone. La camera a castello personalizzata è accuratamente separata con una porta scorrevole a scomparsa per la privacy, ogni cuccetta ha la propria luce a castello, oltre a ripostigli e scaffalature personalizzati. La terza camera da letto è una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, cabina armadio e accesso alla veranda arredata proiettata. La quarta camera da letto ha letti a castello XL separati, tende per la privacy e le cuccette sono abbastanza grandi per consentire agli adulti di dormire. C'è anche un mezzo bagno al secondo piano. Il secondo piano, grande e schermato in veranda, copre l'intera lunghezza della casa ed è splendidamente arredato con tre zone pranzo all'aperto. Una zona salotto con un divano, un set da caffè da bistrot e altre due sedie perfette per leggere un libro.

La scala a chiocciola interna conduce alla grande torre a cielo aperto recentemente rinnovata con viste a 360 gradi sulla città e sul golfo. Al primo piano si trova un ampio portico ammobiliato con un salotto all'aperto illuminato e una zona pranzo perfetta per riunioni di famiglia. Extra: TV in tutte le camere, Apple TV, due posti auto privati, doccia esterna chiusa, grill e amaca sul retro.

Affitti sabato-sabato durante l'estate. Minimo cinque notti in primavera, minimo 3 notti per autunno e inverno.

Beautiful home! Great vacation!!

We had an amazing time staying at the beautiful Blessings by the Sea. It is so close to everything and had the perfect floor plan for us. It has a great open kitchen that overflows in to the family room where we spent most of our time together playing games. Beautiful oversized master was perfect downstairs. Upstairs offered us ton of space for our four children to sleep. Great outdoor dining area too. Thank you for sharing your home with us :) we will definitely come back!

Perfect Spring Break House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Blessings By The Sea. The house was lovely and well-appointed. The upstairs king bedroom with adjoining bunk room was perfect for six girls to share and hang out ... plus there was plenty of room for two moms to have our own space AND a great place to work remotely. Our only complaint is with mother nature ... as she didn't allow as many sunny days as we'd hoped for. We'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good, but the office never provided the extra towels that I requested and said I would pay for. Luckily, I was never charged. The ice maker was not working and the office did send a repairman; however, he left a mess for us to clean up and he did not wear a mask. Another workman came unexpectedly to change filters and he did wear a mask and was very considerate.

Great family home for a vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

There were 7 of us: my husband, myself, 2 daughters and their husbands and our 2-1/2 year old grandson. Beach was great! We were in close proximity to pool and playground, which kept my grandson busy. We will try to book this home again in the future. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us!

Spring Break Trip at Blessings by the Sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a perfect location to walk to town, the pools, the playground & the beach. It is a great size as well. There are some things about the house you must know if you are coming with more than one family... the second king bed is on the 2nd floor attached to the bunk room. Therefore, the second bedroom for adults is a queen bed and not a master. The dishwasher did not clean dishes, no matter how much we cleaned and rinsed the dishes before putting them in. The toilets run & made noises all night. The insert in the hood leaked water when it rained...It is a nice house, with lots of room, in a great location. But there were small things that could have made the stay better. Homeowners Collection is a great company though and answered all the things we needed.

Great property!! Avoid fall and spring break!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was the best we have ever experienced in many, many years visiting Seaside. Perfect sleeping arrangements and privacy for us and our adult, married children. Also perfect entertaining areas for the entire group to be all together. Everything appeared to be brand new...comfortable beds, high grade appliances, big screen TV for football viewing. The disappointment came with Seaside itself. I understand it is going to be crowded during fall break, but the large groups of rowdy, loud, disrespectful teenagers was a surprise. Either they weren't staying at Seaside, or they were not supervised in any way. We missed the family atmosphere that we usually experience at Seaside. This seemed more like spring break at Daytona beach. As my children were growing up, Seaside security would've stepped in. Definitely won't be returning for our annual fall vacation. If Seaside is the new teen party place to be, we won't be returning at all. Thankful the property was so nice because we didn't dare go out after dark for fear of being mowed down by a speeding teenager on a bike with no regard for pedestrians and definitely stayed away from the food airstreams because of the bad behavior, bad language, breaking in line from the droves of teens. Still, the property was top notch!

This is our third time to rent this property and we have had maintenance problems each time we have arrived.
