Questa elevata, Lowcountry casa spiaggia è circondata da una lussureggiante, paesaggio tropicale e si trova a un isolato breve per un facile accesso alla spiaggia e miglia di, orientato alla famiglia spiaggia. Il paesaggio tropicale con frutta di banane cuscinetto, arancio, calce e tangelo alberi. Godetevi il sole pomeridiano nel 'long x 13' ampia, elevata, piscina 30 gunite che viene accentuata da ampio piano di calpestio IPE. Pool è 4 'profonda nella parte bassa e 6' profonda all'altra estremità. Il primo piano delle offerte interne e di vita aperto e zona pranzo con accesso diretto ad un ampio piano di coperta e in legno, coperte in tutto. (Camino non è disponibile per l'uso) Adiacente al soggiorno e zona pranzo è una bella, aperta e spaziosa cucina con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inox con un locale lavanderia annesso. Al secondo piano è un grande, camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso diretto ad un balcone patio privato coperto e collegato perfetto spazio per una zona nursery. Tappeti nelle camere da letto al secondo piano. Arredi sono stati aggiornati nel 2013. Grande piano piano e il layout per la doppia famiglie con bambini! Altre caratteristiche includono: ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza, 5 TV, DVD, WiFi e griglia a carbone. Vietato fumare. No animali.

The private pool was so great for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. Outdoor shower was fantastic for rinsing off after beach sand and before the pool. The house was welcoming, open, and bright. Access to the beach was about 2 blocks walking. Easy to get up 15 minutes before sunrise and still catch it!

We enjoyed staying at this home for our annual Labor Day weekend getaway with friends. It is spacious and the pool was a nice activity to have for the kids, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great Location w/Pool

Can’t beat this location. Very short walk to beach access and right in between Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island restaurants. My son enjoyed the pool in between beach visits. Would stay again.

Well stocked house - our favorite part was the cabinet of books! We didn't want for anything - the house was perfect for our 2 families.

Great Home for family!

Beautiful home in excellent location. The kitchen was well stocked! Very comfortable beds! We had a few Amazon deliveries before we arrived and found them inside when we entered! We are very pleased with Island Realty’s service! Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration on the Isle of Palms

This is our third year coming to Isle of Palms and our first time in this house! We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of 7! Quick walk to the beach and we so enjoyed the pool at the end of each day! Love this end of the island too! So quiet! Kathy Jameson

The home was in great condition on a quiet road. The house had everything we needed except beach towels, which we knew ahead of time and brought with us. The kitchen was well equipped. The sitting room/office off the master bedroom was a great place to work or relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to be at the beach or in the pool much. When we did go, the sand toys at the house were broken and very old. We unfortunately were stuck in the house more than we expected and found that there were not many things to do. The games and puzzles were scattered and missing pieces. Also, The grill was rusted out and the leg was broken and the lights in the dining room flickered to the point we couldn’t use them. The manager, maintenance and housekeeping were very prompt with responses and did arrive quickly when we needed something fixed or needed towels/blankets. The manager also did reimburse us for buying a grill and dish cloths/towels which was very kind.

Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 people ages 4 to 87 and all loved this house! Good space, lots of steps if you have elderly. Would love to have full length mirrors in each bedroom and hooks on bathroom doors for towels. Pool man came on Thursday, I think, and didn't finish the cleaning. Never turned the filter back on. So that is another improvement that could be made. Also, the garbage cans were placed in front of driveway so had to get put and move them to pull in. We would rent again! A lot of space and loved the large front porch. Only 90 steps to beach access #3 but the beach is narrow and when it is high tide, your chairs will be in water.

I will still give it a five-star review but something needs to be done about the Mr Coffee. It leaked terribly on every pot of coffee we made—just a heads up.

As the time went on we found that the bedroom with the over under bed remained very hot even to the point of not being able to sleep because of the heat. The stairs made it difficult for an elderly member, and the space was not as good as the other house for large group meals. Wonderful House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house along with 209 Charleston for our fall break trip with 5 families, and we couldn’t have asked for better houses! We have been going to IOP for 20 years and this house is one of our favorites. This house is beautiful, well appointed, lots of room and comfy beds, the porch was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The pool looked nice but we weren’t able to use is due to debris from the hurricane that hit before we came. Access to the beach was a short walk. We had everything we needed to cook and we cooked a lot for 24 people! The appliance were nice and we appreciated the ice and water in the refrigerator door. Just a few things that would make a guest stay a little better, A new, full size broom. We like to clean while we are there, and the broom that is there is tiny and very wore out, it just really didn’t do any good. So we pulled out the vacuum which is a nice shark, but it smelled so bad we were all gagging, it needs a good cleaning and a filter change. A multipurpose or glass cleaner would be nice to wipe down counters and surfaces. If you use detergent pods in the washer they just gather in the rubber seal and don’t resolve, we didn’t use them but apparently the people before us did, it may need a sign on it cautioning people not to use them. And lastly a gas grill would be nice. None of this is a deal breaker, we absolutely would rent the house again and are in the process of making plans to do so, but just thought that info might be helpful! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back, thank you for sharing this lovely house!

The house was not very clean and there was cereal spilled in the upstairs guest room which attracted at least one roach. The house could use a refresh and attention to detail.
