This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3-story townhouse sleeps 10 with two king beds in the upper-level suites, a twin-over-queen bunk bed w/ additional twin trundle in the lower bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This luxury property features vaulted ceilings, a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, private laundry, and a heated 2-car garage. Enjoy stunning mountain views from two balconies.
This property is within walking distance of the shared pool, 2 hot tubs, and many scenic hiking trails. Upon arrival, guests can park two vehicles in the private heated garage and not have to worry about the elements. There are an additional 2 parking spots in the driveway also available. Once inside, the mud room provides ample space to unload your gear, hang up outerwear, and make use of the in-unit washer/dryer, perfect for après-ski convenience.
On the second level is the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Guests can cook and socialize with ease in the full-size kitchen, which features breakfast bar seating for three, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, granite countertops, and a wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal away from home. Behind the breakfast bar is the dining room table, which comfortably seats six and offers beautiful mountain views. Next to the dining room is the living room, featuring a cozy sectional sofa, a mounted TV, a gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, and access to both the back patio and the main-level balcony. The balcony offers outdoor seating and breathtaking alpine views.
The second level also includes two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample clothing storage. The first guest bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and offers a double sink vanity with a separate toilet and shower area for added privacy. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer and starter essentials. The second guest bedroom overlooks Settler's Creek Village and the mountains beyond. Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) e Stazione sciistica di Arapahoe Basin sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
