Looking for a taste of Saint Lucia? This beautiful and relaxing ground floor condo located in the north of Cap Estate is close to the beach, has a most sought after pool, and two golf clubs nearby! (Cabot and Sandals)

The condo has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, have comfortable beds, and is air conditioned throughout with outdoor dining. Branded kitchen appliances and utilities provide a reliable way to relax and make you feel ‘home’ away from home. (Maximum occupancy 4pp - will consider special rate for single person occupancy and retirees). 24/7 Security Guards at the gate.

For guests whose idea of quality means doing nothing but staying in, peacefully reading and relaxing - or listening to the birds or view the beautiful flora, that’s great! You can also explore the cliffs overlooking the Cas en Bas Beach or enjoy tranquil walks by the beach, kite surf or horse ride, and you don’t need to go past our security gates! For guests who want to explore away, there’s so much to do nearby. You’re in the heart of the north of Saint Lucia where everything happens!
We can make recommendations for car hire, tours, restaurants, spa treatments, hair stylists, manicure and pedicures, yoga, pilates, snorkeling - you name it, we know it! We can also help you decide the best order to do it all in, depending on the length of your stay. You also have your own dedicated parking space right infront of the condo!

𝘽𝙚𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙨
The condo has two double bedrooms. There are a pair of bedside table lamps, and a wardrobe closet with hangers. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with remote controls. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with an outdoor area for two chairs where you can read or breathe in the sea air. It also has a safe that you key in your own password, an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large window with shutters, so natural air can be let in. There is also a desk and chair. Floaters for the pool are kept in the closet. Plenty of outlets are available for all your charging needs. There are two charging outlets in both bedrooms: one near the bedside and one on the wall opposite the bed.

𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with an overhead walk in shower. There is a mirror between the two sinks, adequate counter space, and storage space for toiletries below the sink.

A powder room is at the entrance of the condo.
Note: Should extra bedding is needed during your stay, there is an additional cleaning fee.
The bedsheets are of a high quality and need specialist cleaning. Enquire about rates as it differs for 2 & 4 occupancy.

Three towels and a face towel is provided per person per stay.

𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙣
The kitchen has all the cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, wine glasses and gadgets you’ll need, so if you intend to cook your own meals, you just have to buy your food! If you want take-out, there’s plastic ware to warm them in! There is a full sized fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave, blender, kettle and blended coffee maker. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine. A bottle of water is in the fridge to cool you down on your arrival! 😀. The swimming pool can be glimpsed from the kitchen window and the air conditioning from the living room keeps the kitchen cool. 

𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙤𝙤𝙢
The living room is bright and comfortable. It is fully air conditioned. One three seater and a single sofa surround the 50” television and also gives view of the patio where meals are mostly taken. There are two side-tables with lamps and one center table for drinks.
A smoke detector with digital LCD display is present. There are door alarms on the patio area, main bedroom patio and second bedroom window. You can choose to have them chime, alarm or turned off.

𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚
Surrounded by flowers, birdsong and sea air, the patio is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal or treat yourself to a Saint Lucian delight! One central table with four chairs is all that’s needed to create a wonderful Saint Lucian day. Two loungers are there too, exclusively for your use only. The communal pool is literally 30 seconds away! The condo location is private, so you can’t be seen by others. 

Pool
The pool is absolutely gorgeous as you will see by the accompanying pictures. It’s open from 6am to 10pm daily. Your blue pool towels are on your bed when you arrive.

Entry
Your arrival will be welcomed by a security guard who will direct you to the condo. Your name will be left at Security. Your Smart key code will be sent to you via VRBO three days before arrival. Host will send you clear directions to the condo from the International airport (UVF) and Regional airport (SLU) at least three days prior.
Gym - Communal and 3-minute walk away!
Golf – Enjoy access to the Sandals Country Club’s 18-hole golf course, located just a 15-minute walk from the resort. This breathtaking par-71 course features a driving range, putting greens, full-service pro shop, and more.
Cabot Saint Lucia offers a 1.5 mile spectacular golf course with astonishing natural beauty. PLEASE NOTE: Housekeeping is US$100 for upto 2 people and US$150 for 3-4 people. Rate quoted for this condo is based on two people. Each additional person is US$50 per night (maximum occupancy allowed is four people at all times).

Home away from home

Good place to stay in the north of st. Lucia. Really clean with all the amenities you need. A quiet area but 10 minutes drive to the main road and all little villages. Thank you for the stay it was perfect !

Cap Estate Condo

Immaculate, spacious, clean and modern condo minutes away from the beach! The condo is well equipped with all the necessary amenities and the location makes it perfect for privacy and security. It truly is a beautiful condo in a great location which is close to everything within a short driving distance. Marie is a great host, very communicative, helpful, pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure staying at her condo and I would definitely stay again!

Prime Location

Marie is very responsive. The condo is located in a prime location with all the amenities one can need for a stay. The grounds of the facility are well kept and it is easy to find the condo. Access to the pool is right there yet the privacy of the condo can be maintained.

Lovely quiet place with fabulous pool

We really enjoyed this condo. It has everything you might need, fully stocked kitchen, washer, lots of towels, comfy beds, you name it. Marie was great to work with from check in to check out. You’ll want a car as it’s a bit out and away but we really liked this part of the island. There’s a nice restaurant on the beach just minutes away (Marjorie’s) that makes a terrific rum punch. Be sure to visit Pigeon Island for history and a nice quiet beach with pretty good snorkeling. Did I mention the pool? It’s fabulous!

It’s peaceful, safe and secure. A stone’s throw to the beach and nature walks. A short drive to historical places, and wonderful restaurants. The neighbors, are friendly but respect privacy.

It’s position is private yet you feel safe. You could remain on the patio all day and just come in for food and the restroom! It’s simple, uncluttered and comfortable.
